I combine a one handed Sentinel and a Picnicker to make a new slimmer knife with no corkscrew, this was my first time building a 111mm Victorinox and I learned a lot.
I did not have a red liner lock to work with. It took parts of three knives to keep the Phillips. I essentially made a Centurion with a plain one-hand opening blade. Thank you for posting. This helped with a new build I am working on.
This turned out perfectly this is basically what i was looking for. Thats why i went with the forest im going to put a fire starter in the corkscrew. But i have a sentinel and my just do like you did here! Looks amazing!
Interesting to see how you can modify your SAKs as you please. You’re skilled. I wouldn’t remove the corkscrew from mine because I do use it a lot to pop wine bottles. Perhaps I’d add scissors to the picnicker or the Adventurer though.
Thank you for this video! I'm with you, I like that "Outdoor" model. Do you think it would be possible to add scissors to my 111mm Hunter using the process you showed here?
Is your Hunter a liner lock or a side lock ? they have different pin sizes I have built a Outdoor 111mm with a ream from a 93mm alox and added scissors if you look in my channel I do a step by step video

Glad it helped I thinking 🤔of using the left over liner lock to make a locking wood saw for a soldier knife

Adding scissors is on my to do list I am hoping to get some cheap ones out of a 91mm knife and match up a back spring
@@kisbushcraftdownunder I'm looking forward to watching that modification. Thank you for your time.
Nice one mate, not seen anyone have a crack at a 111 so far, thanks for sharing.
I have ran out of modding options in the smaller ones and its good to try new projects regards Mike
Excellent build. thanks for sharing mate! learned a lot during this one.
Glad you found it useful

It's the newer model with the liner lock. I just found the newer video, will check it out. Thank you for such a quick reply! @@kisbushcraftdownunder
Nice mod, congratulations!
Glad you enjoyed it I learned a lot
Why not just buy the Trailmaster with the one handed blade?
It’s the same as what you just did.
I wanted a slim two layer knife with no corkscrew or wood 🪵 saw
