As a percussionist and bassist I so appreciate her attention to rhythms! Making them mean something is very valuable, can't do without it actually. Just because it repeats (if it does) doesn't mean we should lose our interest or attention to their shapes, implications and even different ways of feeling them.
Having seen only 2 of these master class clips with Joanna I'm now very excited to hear her perform...think I might have a new favorite!
