    As expected........ Jeep set out to make a subcompact crossover......... they FAILED. They made a baby Jeep!! Renegade is an excellent entry level Jeep. Most people who hate on the Renegade, just miss the point of what it actually is. 😊

    Don't pay any attention to these TH-cam trolls that call it a Fiat it is designed by engineers here in the states and is built in Italy. I owned a 2016 Trail Hawk and put 45.000 miles on it and had 0 problems I have just traded it in on a new 2019 and have 2.500 miles so far and love it. These people that talk B.S. do not own one and have not even driven one. Just to add my 2 cents in this, my Fist 500X Trekking Plus is awesome on trails & snow areas & have had no problems. That 1.3L is something special in the First, I believe a little more sportier than the Jeep. I also own a 2012 500c, no problems form that either. Say what you want about FCA, but most people I've met with a Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Chrysler product have had hardly any issues. Test drive like Dave says. Love the review, keep it up.

    Just to add my FCA experience. I've had my FIAT 500 Sport for over four now and it has been almost flawless. A couple of very minor problems fixed under warranty and one light bulb replacement. That's it. I can't vouch for all FCA owners but that is my two cents added.

    FCA Chrysler and Jeep have competitive pricing, nice features, great infotainment systems, interesting design. I’ve owned a 200, Liberty, Patriot and PT. The PT had the best quality. Others had numerous issues and many dealer visits. Got tired of too many service visits. Switched to Subaru. Not flawless but overall better reliability. I’ll look at FCA again when ratings improve. Not sure why they can’t resolve bugs.

    • @noelebbert9322
      @noelebbert9322 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would guess the renegade does way better than the Explorer. The explorer is not longer suiter for off road usage like the previous generations. Truth is most don't need better tires on the Trailhawk. Mostly will be used as a commuter for weekend camping where the trail may get muddy. So Fiat has to consider pricing to move vehicles, which they are already having trouble moving these and they produced way too many. It's actually a really good time to buy one of these, if you like them. It's also really not hard to put your own tires on the vehicle

    As much as I hate Fiat, when I see these renegade videos off road I have to watch them. 2020-2022 is going to be the year of the subcompact SUV with awd capability. Toyota is supposed to produce something subcompact and 4x4 in their huntsville, AL plant. Subaru of course has the crosstrek, fiat has the renegade, and the one I am most excited about is the Baby bronco. Subcompact segment is going to take a huge marketshare of the lifestyle/4x4 market. I had an Fj cruiser and loved it, but want something more practical. I may either hop into the Ford bronco or the toyota subcompact 4x4 after the second year production.
