Luke Martin Yeah, indeed. But for me personally, when it comes to food in China, my first impression is Sichuan, subsequent destination-Guangdong, Xi’an ranks No.3. Hah. For me.
For the soup dumpling, people are supposed to make a small crack of it, pour the soup into a spoon, have the soup and enjoy the original flavor, then dip the dumpling in the sauce and eat it. :)
