I'm a Chinese,I want to share to you that a province called Yinchuan is a Muslim city, almost all the food offered is Muslim standard, it's a nice place for muslim travelers to go!

The owner calls the meal in the white foam container, the Niú Migāo. It means “cow rice cake” in Chinese. The savory flattened buns filled with beef and cabbage are called niu rou xian bing that are shaped like hockey pucks. The Osmanthus Cake is prepared in Xi’an, China. It is a yellow cake made out of sticky rice topped with red date paste made on China.
Red dates and sweet rice..oh ya Beef bun. soup, cake, good drone footage as well. The stalls look so clean and the people seem content. Loooking forward to more..Safe Travels

We visited through march and April and it was very pleasant! Can get really hot in the summer! also china is huge so it depends on where you go!
