Every video I watch videos from this guy he's just SO OPTIMISTIC. To him, a walk down the street is a crazy adventure and eating an (albeit very, very tasty) Chinese Hamburger aka RouJiaMo is the experience of a lifetime. Even his shirt says TAI HAO LE! (VERY GOOD). It's as if his daily life is entirely effortless for him. Many of us, including myself, could learn a thing or two from him.
It's my dream to be able to do something like this. Just to travel and meet other people, try new things, experience other cultures. I love his videos and I'm so glad I found this channel. Tai Bang Le !! I knew that fatty pork burger was going to be a 10 before you even ate it ! I don't know how, but often you can tell the foods that are going to be a 10/10 before you even taste them. Taking into account aspects such as the visual appearance, the way of preparation, the nature of the restaurant, and the attitude of the workers, all makes it easy to pick the 10/10 foods !
I was in Xi'an last December and tried most of these foods, really liked the steamed beef dumplings and the chinese burger!

Really into Xian food, so tasty and you have a broad range as well. There is one Xian Street food in Galway ( Ireland), but their recipes have been revised to cater for foreigners taste. But you will know the difference once you try original Xian food in China.
