After you pulled it off the trailer both holes appear to be in the same area across from each other. i would look closely at your trailer. You have metal to plastic with no runners, maybe your trailer put the holes in the boat.
My Bass Raider ships gallons of water without any evident intrusion site. No holes or lacerations in the hull. In a vain attempt to solve this problem, sprayed Flex Seal to the rubber seam that mates the upper and lower hulls. No luck. I purchased a drill powered pump that accepts garden hose fittings and, after an outing remove one of my stern rod holders and then pump out an amazing amount of water. Any suggestions regarding possible solutions would be appreciated. BTW, the ads by Pelican state "stainless steel hardware"; well, not exactly, the staples mating the hulls rust pronto.
WRONG..!!!!!! Your First step is to cover your hole by melting HDPE and build into the hole thereby covering hole. THEN, you put your mesh over the newly covered hole with melter HDPE.
I've also got a Pelican Bass Raider 10e and it's a wonderful little boat
Can’t beat the boat for its price! 🤙🏾

After the patch apply some Keel Saver.
rhino line the whole bottom thin coat don’t need much. After you fix it of course
Will that work?
