You literally answered every question I have about this boat. I think I'll be getting this shortly. I recently moved to Asheville NC and there are a TON of small ponds, lakes and rivers to fish here. I watched another video of this boat performing on a river and I think, like you, it covers all of my needs. Great video!
Searched, searched, and searched and BAM! Found your video covering the same criteria you had regarding a small 10ft Jon boat. Thank you for taking the time making this very informative vid about the boat I wanted to purchase. Liked!
This the fidget spinner or the straight ardvark nose on the circle ready to fire down. They after the cage? 😂 if both are combined you can make it into an elephant or even a kettle
Thanks for posting this video it was well done. I'm purchasing one of these tomorrow so my son and I can get to some spots we can't reach off the shore. May even use it to access some areas for bow hunting. Keep up the good work!
Well done video, I had a bass power I bought used from a fishing club buddy and wow did it serve me well. In northern California I out fished big bass boats by studying the areas fish came out of main lakes in early spring. I would tie off on islands under water with brush above and have great success. Here's to boat safety and tight lines. Louis
Excellent video. I fish forest preserve lakes and also would like to fish deeper weed beds. Love the dolly that you made too. What a perfect Christmas present to myself. Tight lines to you

I wouldnt be able to even get the boat after converting to Canadian 🇨🇦 dollars if my budget was a grand Great video and for anyone looking to grab a pelican it does the job…easy to customize and make it the way you like.
Another terrific video Don, very informative and has me thinking about potentially upgrading from my canoe. Thanks for the good stuff and good luck fishing!
Thanks OA! I’m looking forward to taking the boat to small secluded lakes that have limited access to see if there are any monster bass out there! Been a good investment so far…
Man, Your video is simply amazing, it truly is the definition of how great America is! I used to fish out of the 8ft and 10ft pelicans A TON prior to 2011 and having 3 kids . Here we r, in 2021 and even tho we have a 20ft boat for recreation….. I am fixing to order a 10ft pelican and a 55 ft trolling motor…… and let these kiddos experience thing other than tv and video games! I am an avid “gym” dork, so when I first saw ur dolly I was like oh lord. I stand corrected, the design and functionality is GENIUS! I need to know how to build it, Im a 2 on a handyman level🤦🏼♂️
Thanks RC! Much appreciated! This boat, as you know, is a lot of fun. Your kids will thank you! I’ll likely do a video of the dolly in the spring when the garage warms up 😁…stay tuned!

So mines really handy. I also have a 2 car garage well 2.5 car garage. So it fits nicely. Wife has a small car and I have the 4 door gmc sierra. Feel like you have the same set up as me. Also love bow hunting. Love the video!!!
I just picked up the Field and Stream version of the BR. (Since they are nonexistent at the moment) I’m in Metro Detroit area as well and it’s perfect for our lakes. Love it and great video!
Good for you! They are great little boats and, yes, they are perfect for our lakes. It’s awesome we get to take advantage of them! Thanks for the comment!
Awesome video, no doubt you'll log many, many hours of fishing in this boat and rack up just as many memories. I can't wait to get my Bass Raider this coming year.
Thanks for this well thought out video. Loved the idea of simply leaning it up against the wall of the garage. I plan to get one and use it in the freshwater canal behind our Florida house. I'm needing to come up with a way to get the boat up and over the lip of the seawall. Please share any thoughts you might have!
Thanks for the feedback! A word of caution: Another viewer said leaning it on the end could damage the seal. I’ll likely make something that supports the hull this spring to avoid that potential issue. The seawall challenge sounds like a fun project to figure out (maybe a pulley system or a ramp?). Good luck!
Bruh! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Your criteria for the boat was my exact criteria. They sell this boat at academy. I didn’t want a big bass boat because I have no where to store one, plus I don’t want one. I want something small and light weight, and easily maneuverable by hand. Thanks so much for this video.
