I'm almost lost for words, what a fantastic graphic design and so In keeping with the bike. It already looked great in black but the wrap has taken it to another level. Just wow, brother. All I can say. The wrap finished it off perfectly. Definitely fits you and how you'd love to be able to ride it. Enjoy that. It's amazing!
Thank you Brother, had some wonderful comments and one that really struck a chord was that it looks like the Ghostrider's race bike lol Hope you're well and enjoying the sunshine... are you still Stateside or back at work these days?
Thank you so much for those kind words Jish, The guys have done an outstanding job aye.. im very proud to show the bike off ant shows now... Love you channel by the way, great production quality and cool subjects.. Subbed mate !
DUDE!!! You could literally spend hours looking at that and always find some new little gem in the design. The designer went WAY above and beyond! … genius!
I totally agree Doc.. the longer you spent staring a it, the more you see, the shading under the flaking paint make it look three dimensional.. just epic.. Clever people indeed. imagine what they could do using this format on a "55 Stepside truck.!
Hi Del & Penny, I've followed every nut and bolt on this build and watched every single minute of it all from day one. It looks absolutely breath taking and I'm stoked Del! I knew it would look good from the thumbnail before the video but to see every angle and curvature of it and what a fantastic job BossDog have done wrapping it just brings it all together. Kind of emotional even from a viewers perspective like myself. The video was brilliantly shot too so credit to the camera lady. Again I'm chuffed to bits with it Del and you fully deserve it. You're a credit to the biking community with your work ethic and know-how. Thank you for this build Del, thoroughly enjoyed it and I look forward to seeing the Kwaks future endeavours. A Boss wrap for a Boss bike built by a Boss bloke who bossed every minute. Cheers Del, bottoms up! Aiden
My word, Thank you so much Aiden, That is so very kind of you, it has been a long road with this one, i went down the blind alley with the first tail unit, it was just too big and bulky, and the new one works exactly how i wanted it to.. makes the back look tall and stumpy, tried to capture the German Fighter style but make it unique at the same time.. Really pleased with the final outcome now, and looking forward to settling everything down and getting some miles under the wheels.. Thank you again for such glowing endorsement, and for your kind faith and support, take care and enjoy your weekend. Del & Pennyx
Very much so Dan, it was an honour to work with such talent, now im really looking forward to getting it out for a ride in the sunshine.. Take care and have a great weekend..D&Px
Dude, you must be buzzing. What an amazing build series with the wrap the icing on the cake. I bet you'll spend hours just gazing lovingly at it... superb. I need my Bandit wrapping now!!....
haha cheers mate, you do find yourself staring in to it, looking at new things you've not seen before, yep absolutely stoked with the outcome, give the guys a call, link under the video, a Bandit would lend itself really well to a killer wrap... just come up with a crazy theme and whatever you think of... they can do it!
Nothing short of stunning, so many hours, maybe blood and sweat has gone into this beautiful machine. I’d love to see a pic of all three versions together...when you got it, when you finished it, then when the wrappers coloured it in. Well done, well done, well done Kind regards. Beans
It looks amazing Del, so much so I nearly dropped my beer! they really have complimented your design concept and nothing on the road looks like that....superb!!!
Thanks mate, couldn't have put it better myself, when they pulled that sheet off, it took my breath away, it's like they read my mind, and all I said was 'green and white please and you do the rest'... clever chaps aye?!
I'm only up to episode 35 I think of the kawa build. But man do I love the content here. I couldn't have it any other way right now. Del builds the bikes and I drink the whiskey. 🥃
Come in number 10 , YOUR TIME IS UP ! Awesome, you might have to do something with those big washers on the belly pan though Del . This is the way forward on giving your bike a facelift, so easy and cost effective to do numerous changes , am well impressed. Big up to all those involved, hope the business goes from strength to strength. C.
Hey Charlie, Those on the belly pan are more than just washers... they're salvaged from some Krouser luggage mountings.. they're actually not flat.. but curled in all around the edge like a retaining plate, and inside them is a flat rubber grommet (sandwiching both sides of the panel) to provide a proper factory style mount for the belly pan.. ,,(same the other side and underneath), they spread the load and the vibration so nothing cracks over the years... the belly pan was made from a fuel tank and is just 1mm thick... so it was a calculated mounting design that i hope will make the belly pan last with no issues.
Thanks for your kind words Glauco, we really appreciate that, it was a long project and I learned a great deal from the process! It's always great to hear from you, please have a wonderful weekend, take care and keep in touch, D&Px
Thanks buddy, having been to visit them myself and met the team, you're right, the graphic designer at Boss Dog is a very talented artist, I had the privilege of watching him working on my wrap over a few weeks and it's absolutely astonishing the amount of work involved in creating the layers and fine tuning the finished product... an honour to glimpse in to that world!
Also wanted to point out I really enjoyed you interviewing the people at the vinyl wrap company. Not sure if it's something you'd consider but I would like to see you visit more shops and interview the various people in the industry / trades when it comes to motorcycles (or other investing things). It was very personable and interesting to watch. Cheers! Mike & Melly

I'd love to start with the guys at Spartan Cycles, d'ya know anywhere nearby we can stay lol Chat soon buddy, love to Melly , D&Px
Great video. Bike looks amazing! You have to have a go to see just how difficult and how skilled you have to be to do this. The application was made to look so easy. Very talented guys.

If i had the money i would snap it up instantly! As it is, ill just enjoy my little thundercat. Its a lovely day too. Great job lads, keep it shiny side up!
Thanks Ben, so good to hear you like it, the chaps at Boss Dog are very talented indeed, they've done an amazing job! Enjoy the sunshine mate, ride safe and anjoy the bank holidays!
That is insane looking! It’s stellar, Del! If you had that design custom painted over here in the States that woulda been at least $3K I bet. Wraps are gonna dominate the industry.
Sure thing buddy, I think you're right, as we move in to an era of flexible choices where it's increasingly harder to stand out from the crowd in the custom world, then vinyl wrapping and graphics offers limitless choices and without the commitment, and cost, of highly detailed air brush art work and, of course, it's a win win situation, because as more people turn to vinyl wrapping, then those who take the time, trouble and expense to have genuine airbrush art work done, are making a bigger commitment to their custom project, furnishing that bike, or car, with greater integrity and, of course, most of all the airbrush artists themselves may become ore revered and respected as being the 'real' old school way to do it. One industry that may be affected is hydro dipping, but I do believe that there's room for all these platforms and we, the consumer, are the lucky ones to have all that wonderful choice and options, don't you think?!
Hi Del, I must have watched that build for a couple of years - fascinating. Never did I think it would turn out like this. It’s a showstopper and you should be proud. Thanks for the journey - I learned so much with key sections saved for reference! Have a great weekend, both of you. Yours aye, Alan

That wrap is the icing on the cake Del. Looks just brilliant - that's some serious skill by the folks at Bossdog. Bet you can't wait to show the bike off. Thanks Keith, was a proud moment to see if for the first time, no amount of the emails that went backwards and forwards could have prepared us for the final reveal! It's totally outrageous and we love it! Catcha soon, D&Px
