I was using a program that was mirroring my phone to my computer, but you can download a full android emulator called Bluestacks. That what i currently use. I can always make a video on it if you would be interested
Whenever you download something outside of the play store, the warning is essentially telling you you are downloading something that is not "verified" by being in the google play store. Same thing if you were downloading an .exe file on your computer. Its a blanket warning basically telling you to only download things you trust. If you dont trust this download, then dont download it. Always use your best judgement and if you dont feel comfortable doing it, thats fine. Its up to you.

OK what about streaming to chromecast to play on your TV from your phone.
As long as you are on wifi, you should have a cast option while the video is playing.
