That's standard if your using headphones try changing the audio settings on your streaming device The best option is using standard audio unless your headphones support Dolby Digital also check your actual TV settings via the menu button on your remote go to sounds But I know that the left ear produces more sound on headphones then on the right ear Everhart of headphones I've had did the same but it was just how your ears works

You have to click the tv sign on your remote FIRST, and then click the 3 horizontal lines SECOND. It wont work if you just click the 3 lines on the Home Screen. Hope this helps.

Click on the home button on the firestick. Toward the left is a box look like present or a tv with intenas, that is live button, and guide pops up.
