Glen Powell feels like the realization of what everyone was trying to turn Scott Eastwood into and failing
Dang it. I saw the guy looking like he's from 'The Room,' and thought "this is gonna be a bloodbath." Now I wanna watch it.
Same! lol
The screen capture does Glen Powell no favors.
I hated this actor until I watched Scream Queens last year. Chad Rockwell is such a funny character, great chemistry with Niecey Nash
Omg yes!
Lmao I watched scream queens a while ago and I’ve always been a Powell fan because of it
Spoiled or unspoiled. Five stars or one, I cannot resist watching a movie after you two review it. Wait...have you guys ever given a movie five stars? 🤩😀🤩
nick gave everything everywhere all at once 5 stars
I watched this last night and I feel the same way I was suspicious of Madison for a long time. Definitely did not predict the ending at all lol
Same. I thought at one point she was gonna double cross him
Great review! The notes app scene is one of my favorites in a long time
This has nothing to do with the movie, but I just need to say I have been binging the podcast and I love you, Nick but Joseph your voice is so freaking soothing. You should really think about moonlighting as an audiobook reader OK had to say that love y’all
Someone get me a voiceover agent!
Omg I've been binging too and thought the same thing. I listen to them at work (retail) and his voice keeps me so calm 😅
"kerri washington mouth" glen powell is a very attractive man
"The call is coming from within the house, everybody!" Haha, funny throwback from Nick! 😄
Thank you!
You guys are making me want to watch this now...
I have yet to see one Powell film, but you guys have convinced me. This sounds pretty funny. Linklater also directed Bernie w/ Jack Black which i really enjoyed.
Looking forward to checking this one out. Sounds fun
Nick I enjoy your Joan Crawford shirt. Over the next few weeks I'm going to be seeing older movies being released again in theaters. Last night I saw "North by Northwest". That film definitely needs to be seen on the big screen. Next week I'm seeing "The Crow." In June I'm going to watch the LOTR trilogy. Because I didn't see "The Two Towers" and "Return of the King" in theaters.
can y’all cover the sweet east movie next? it’s streaming on hulu. not sure what tf i just watched but positive joseph will go in on it lmao
Oh…this does look interesting
@@fishjellyfilmreviews apologizing in advance for what ive subjected you both to
that movie is soooo BOOOORING
Glen 😍
One that's going to be on the good Movie list - story sounds 'uncluttered' with a good plot too!
I'm excited to hear Nick's thoughts coming out of Cannes and what his personal favourite of the films in competition is.
love ya guys
Was very interested. The sun trio was excellent especially cause of Ethan hawke. Def gonna check out. Thanks gentlemen
Glen Powell is so good in this and Anyone But You was so awful that im convinced he only did that movie to see Sydneys bewbs
Good movie. Fun watching it with an audience. Theater laughed a lot. Some Before Sunset vibes.
"madison" seemed familiar, she was in andor and in good omens (you guys should check those out if you haven't, although the relevance has passed), and quite a few other somewhat famous things
i kinda don't like how a grounded movie wants me like murderers, the victims weren't great, but having a laugh about killing them is a bit too far
Ooooo! I am excited to see this now. Thanks for the review! :)
I didn’t like the ending, which has the couple getting away with murder. Their morality was dubious
Even though she killed abusive husband and he killed a crooked cop?
@@VAOdinYeah murder is murder. I wish they tried to solve it some other way.
I loved this movie!!❤ I was able to see Hit Man early Glen Powell 😍 Adria Arjona have amazing chemistry!! ❤🔥 All Pie 🥧 is good Pie! 💚
This video premieres next month in May? Or should it be April 24?
Glen is like a mix or Gosling and Hammer TBH
This movie was funnier and better than I expected it to be.⭐
Thought this was pretty great! Deserved a wide theatrical release
Wow a 4. U know it's good if they have a 4/5. I sa wit last night. Was really good. Must see.
Thanks!
Thank you!
Kerry Washington mouth 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤔🤔🤔❤️❤️❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
That's gonna live in my head, rent free, for life 😁
love you
The trailer I saw painted a way different picture from the actual movie.
Did i miss something or does the movie explain how they fool the bad guys for being hit men? Can't stop thinking about it
