God, you two extend my life by saving me from so many bad films😄🥰
Amen!!!!
I enjoy their reviews, and this isn't on them, but it's so bizarre how people will base what they watch or don't watch according to what Strangers online say is good or bad. Reviews are fun, but people should still be able to make up their own minds.
@@brbaic9364Agreed! I love this sassy, sexy romcom “Anyone But You”!!!❤
@@brbaic9364I agree! Also, it is very, very much easier to be a critic than a creator…
My sister always see me watching ya videos and she’s like “why is that guy always rushing the intros?” I’m like “No that’s just how Nick talks.” lol
I love how he says the titles!😂
“I don’t think I would recommend this. Not even on an airplane.” 😂 now that’s a pull quote 😂
I watched about 40 minutes on an airplane recently and turned it off 😩
@@lainadelpaythat’s exactly what I did.
I will always have a fondness for Glenn Powell from his role as Chad Radwell in Scream Queens. Looking forward the Hitman now!
Zone of disinterest.
Unwritten will be in my head for days now. Send help. 😂
It was silly fun.
That hot girl fit scene had me laughing way harder than I thought it would 😂
It was raunchier than I expected and it had a lot of cheese but I enjoyed myself 🧀
The ending song montage was a great idea although I wish they picked a different song.
I really enjoyed this film. Some of the stuff didn’t make sense, but I just leave it out especially being a “Romcom.” You shouldn’t put too much into it, because all romcoms are like that. ❤
My fave part is when you decide whether you recommend this to watch on a flight. I need that in every review lol
"They're gone. Show's over" 😒When I first saw a trailer, my brain completed the "comedic" title with a 😏That your bar for a 'bad movie' that could be tolerated on a plane, does not include this! Well 😉
Um Joseph if you could sit a little more to your right I could see what’s on your green screen much better 😂😂😂😂😅You’re blocking the view 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤
My thoughts, exactly! 😆😆
@@petermanale2932❤❤❤
LOL I know that if it’s a long video it’s not a good movie😂
Y’all are so harsh on movies and I live for it. I hate romcoms. I enjoyed this one, laughed a good bit. I was also way too high.
How is it possible? 😂
Whatever! When I saw the trailer for this film in the theatre that is exactly what I thought.
13:25 I heard Sydney Sweeney to go swinging. Alright! Now it’s a party 😅
Nix on this dum het rom com!
Should be, Anyone Butt You! 😮❤
Dustin Jimberlake 😅
GaTa is pronounced GAYDUH. As in alligator. He is SO good in Dave on Hulu
I sadly think Im the only human being on Earth that likes Will Glucks first film Fired Up. Its a terribly dumb and dated early 2000s comedy but I always appreciated it because it knows how stupid it is.
LMAO! His name is pronounced “Gay-ta” like Alligator. I didn’t even realize y’all were talking about him until Nick mentioned he’s in the show Dave. Y’all don’t do well with rapper names this is another Wale situation 😂 - Y’all still great tho!
"Oh" my goodness that thumbnail is very interesting! And the facial expressions of Nick and Joseph totally have me confused on what to think about this movie I'm really looking forward to this review🤔
I know 😮😮😮😁😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️❤️😂
They be tricky like that with their thumbnails... trying to keep us hooked and guessing 🐠🍇!!
@@jay-dubb.dubb.68 Yeah it's sheer genius and it works everytime! And I guess I have to say I love it 🤭
I do wanna watch this on streaming for Glenn Powell. Because damn!
His name is pronounced Gay-ta. So funny hearing you guys say it though 😂
"Gah-tah" like a middle aged white woman 😂😂😂😂😂😂
The behind the scenes gossip about Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell sounds a lot more interesting than this movie 😂😂 but thank you for the review as always! (I’m so behind on watching the reviews but I’m determined to get to them all😊)
Glen Powell STAYS shirtless. And I ain't mad about it. 😋
This movie was frustrating to watch 😓
I want the shirt nick is wearing!
This movie was a struggle to watch because the writing was so bad & outdated. The leads did their best with the material they were given, but there was only so much they could do.
Is this the second Durmet Maroney film in last few days…what are the odds?
There's a third film we're going to post a written review of shortly lol
Durmett making the rounds...
I think I laughed only once or twice. How is this the same director of Easy A and Fired Up (in which that movie should’ve been rated r and not this one…)
Love stories of the 1%
I'm sad this isn't out already! 😭💔
There is an early screening of this movie later today and I'm debating if I should go. 😿
Did you go? I went the day after Christmas with my aunt and my cousin and we had a blast 😂
Ack, I'd rather just rewatch the incredible Kenneth Branaugh version!
15 hours of Natasha Bedingfield would be like a form of torture used at Guantánamo Bay. Nothing about the characters or writing was believable at all. Felt like it was written by AI.
Totally irrelevant but also extremely relevant: where did you get the Rhythm Nation tee?🤔
It's so old, but I bought it from Gap. I don't think it's available anymore: poshmark.com/listing/Janet-Jackson-Music-TShirt-657de6feffb5d0c570dc45cc?campaign_id=19834961033&ad_partner=google&gskid=pla-2266029196491&gcid=651494744808&ggid=145724507726&gdid=c&g_network=g&enable_guest_buy_flow=true&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA4Y-sBhC6ARIsAGXF1g5b54bjHDLLnEdkDOLuwDYfClNZVdwK812U9LqKOg2-z8Ty6HZAH1IaAlBHEALw_wcB
@@fishjellyfilmreviews Thank you anyway! I meant to ask forever ago🤦🏾♂️
This movie is so bad 😢
Your point about the wedding cake being picked up is relevant to the overall feeling that whoever wrote the screenplay should have researched how Rich people live, and added that to the screenplay as part of the humor. Could have had a Schitt's Creek kind of clueless rich family vibe...
I love “Anyone But You! Bea and Ben (Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell) are really good romcom characters. Bea is endearing because she tries to show a brave front, but admits that she is lost and a mess. Ben tries to present as being perfectly fine, but is a mess also. They both have a melancholy about them. When these kindred spirits look into each other’s eyes it is effervescent. When they act hurtful towards each other it is because they both opened up to the other and then felt brushed off by the other. Amidst the comedy, there is something bittersweet that speaks to my heart directly…
12:17 🤣🤣 I love you guys “I’m a divorced woman please help me” - I need that shirt
Your reviews of bad films always give me life. Also love the Janet Jackson Rhythm Nation shirt Joseph is wearing - she's one of my favorite artists!
Not me waiting for Joseph to lean over for a quick second 💀
When the wedding party sees them struggling in the ocean: “It looks like they are going full Titanic! Hey, love the commitment!” 😂
Somehow, I actually did enjoy this movie. Very VERY predictable; but I liked it 10:30pm on a Saturday night
You two are harsh but funny.
It is much better than many bad romantic comedies that have come up recently. The chemistry saves the movie.
Y'all not reviewing Leave The World Behind 😢
Best use of Hey Nonny Nonny in a film review
Hey, nonny , nonny😂 Brilliant!
What were they even rehearsing for at that rehearsal dinner? They were just dancing and taking shots on a boat😂
Right!
Why yall keep callin Gata(🐊) Got-Ta?! 😂🤣🤦🏾♂️
Glen Powell stole every scene in Everybody Wants Some! - couldn’t take my eyes off him and there’s some nice men to look at…..
19:48 “Why didn’t you just calmly get yourself there?” 😂
I didn’t get why he called her a disaster in the overhearing scene it felt random
During the first grilled cheese scene, she said that her life was a disaster. When he felt dismissed and brushed off after she abandoned him, he lashed out and used those words out of a deep feeling of hurt…
@@raymonds8354 oh damn.
@@raymonds8354 still it made him and his friend come off as a playboy and they neither were giving that vibe

@@EverythingAnimePodcast Ben tries to present as an f-boy player-but he really is vulnerable and depicted for instance like actually out of shape and easily hurt…
