This is my favorite cooking channel: Simplicity, symmetry, precision= perfection. Nothing is superfluous, no faces, no music, no colors. There's only the glass that makes visibility possible to appreciate texture. The camera moves with sharpness focusing on the angles as needed. I enjoy the ergonomic utensils and I would very much like to see a list of brands used, for further viewer options. Thanks for elevating baking to perfection and making us think that we can really do this. Personally, I will try but just watching is a pleasure in and of itself!

作ってみましたが凄く美味しかったです！
ココアの味とモンブランの味が調和されてて甘すぎなくて食べやすかったです。
モンブランのクリームはコメント欄見て生クリームの量を30〜35gぐらいで調節したらいい感じに絞れました。
hidamariさんが素敵なお菓子達を作る過程を見るのがとても好きです

Odd, many people find the sounds like this disgustingly nauseating as it is the same sound as someone chewing with their mouth open and smacking their lips. I personally have to always mute this channel to get to the end.
