If u already own the land and r looking to knockdown rebuild for 250,000 all I get is the house no landscaping finishes tiling carpeting or anything just painted walls and a few more things witch can differ from different builders. U can also buy different packages which obviously include different things such as nicer finishes tiling a pool kitchen installed and bathrooms etc all ranging in cost. Now if u were to buy this house brand new everything ready to go it would easily cost around a mil or more depending on the area u live in. Hoped this helped

This would be just for the house with minimal features, any extras will cost you more plus the cost of land, which is more than $300k depending on where you live. This is easily a 1million dollar home. We are also in 2021, house prices have risen at least 100k in the last 12 months. It's ridiculous. Australia is a very expensive place to live, believe me.

Did you say air-conditioning is an upgrade???? Damn, my latitude is 26 degrees and it is hot as hell here, it is supposed to be the cool season of fall and it is still 32C here, it has to get much hotter at your 23 degrees latitude. A/C should be a standard installation!
