I'm saving for a four bedroom two story tiny house and my dad can customize it for me because I want a fire place in the living room and on the tap will be a small garden of my smaller plants but there is a county that has no property tax so I want have to pay home taxes each year saving over 3,000or more a year of course solar panels it will be one of the larger tiny homes but I will make it my on can't forget my fire pit on the second floor balcony I can't wait I'm tired of giving the government my money to give to illegal emigrants I just need a good spot off grid

If the owner using this house as a template, and one step at a time put on stronger material to improve exterior protection. It's not only prolonged live of this prefabricated house but better its look or matching their preference. **And avoid a longevity mortgage** It's seems very easy for other connections such as electrical ...etc... But for plumbing, perhaps the manufacturer should make pre-connected with local requirements insulated main pipes, with some rational protection, and their ends coming out from base of the house. So, local plumbers can just easily continue with their service afterwards. ....And don't forget connections for laundry!

I wish her to enjoy her home for many years to come. I can't look into her financial position, but I suspect that this may have seemed like her only option. Perhaps she can build a simple structure or wooden tarp around or over this caravan or reinforce it so that she can use this home longer. I don't think it's okay to laugh at this choice of hers (comments).

So much disinformation here. FYI, most places will not give permits for these plastic boxes. Then there is the fact these are not rated for any wind, have nearly zero insulation against heat or cold, they didn’t discuss a water heater, electric hookup, sewer or water main and all their costs.
