Good guide. It helped me wrap up the last of the SP achievements but sadly I just found out that the MP servers are shutting down at the end of the year. I'm not sure if I have time to get the MP achievements by then. :( It's already impossible to get all the achievements for BC2 as I didn't buy the Vietnam DLC and now it is delisted. :(
