I noticed layer bonding is not as good as PLA, PAHT-CF, etc. Filament guide shows PA6-GF has lower layer bonding. Increasing temperature does improve that but I have been struggling to get good tune. Flow, temperature, volumetric speed. 265c + 10.5 volumetric speed + 100c bed.. I can easily snap layer apart (around 4 walls thick) 290c + 10.5 volumetric speed + 100c bed.. seems to improve but I get 2-shade of colours (banding.. like changing colour band every 8mm height, it's bizarre.. If anyone has managed to do high quality print with great layer bonding, please share.
A lot of the OG’s in nylon printing don’t use a cooling fan when they print nylon. It could be you have your cooling fan on which cools the nylon too much. You really only want to use Cooling on steep overhang and bridges
Just printed a funnel with 0.6 nozzle, the finish and texture are just amazing
great video, I like your format on where you go in depth and analyze everything about the filament and the info on the website
Amazing Video! Witch glue for PEI plate did you take? I have some wrapping proiblems with this filament. 😬

What speeds did You use? Generic, or did You changes any? Seem to be quite too fast :O
There was a filament update available for Bambu Studio 1.8.4.51 this morning that added the PA-GF, ABS-GF, plus a few more new filaments.
I was coming here to share that as well.
Great stuff as always @LenDizzle, and I love the googlely eyes!
Interesting video. Why did you don’t use orca slicer? Spécial reason?
What version is the beta you are using. I just down loaded 1.9.3.50. Good video.
I always do this. I make a comment during the video and my question gets answered latter. :
Great video Thank you.
Who prints an oil funnel with 0.2mm nozzles?
If you look at the top, it is 0.4mm nozzle, not 0.2. 0.2 is the layer height, not nozzle size.
a molded part would likely have a seam
