- In this 2 hour Memorial Weekend Special Cinemills TV sits down with recently ousted International President of The Mongols MC, Dave Santillan, who also goes by Lil' Dave.
Lil’ Dave gives us an inside look at The Mongols MC hierarchy and club history and explains the trials and tribulations of navigating the club through RICO indictments and constant Government harassment as attempts are made to strip the club's identity by way of making it illegal to use the clubs marquee top rocker and center patch. Lil’ Dave provides an intimate look at the internal struggles for power and the recent “coupe d’etat” within the organization and highlights the deceit, betrayal and envy that comes with being the top brass in any organization. Moreover he details personal issues involving his wife and family as he comes to grips with the hard decisions involved in running and expanding a Multinational Motorcycle Club and keeping his Family nucleus together. During Lil’ Dave's reign as International Pres, his Cabinet and Brothers were able to grow the Clubs membership ranks and expand internationally through strategic methods. By being cordial and respectful to Special Agent John Ciccone(ATF) Lil’ Dave was able to finesse what could have been a very hostile relationship and kept the heat off the Club and its members as best he could. Through the years a mutual respect was earned by both men and Ciccone made it clear to Lil’ Dave that he was approaching retirement and would not be able to guarantee the next ATF agent assigned to the Mongols would be as cordial as Ciccone was. During Lil’ Dave's tenure as Int. Pres the Club's image was also dramatically improved through social media, main stream media access such as Lisa Ling's CNN special and charitable events that served local communities best interests. He clearly demonstrates that he never turned on his beloved Club Brothers nor misappropriated any of the Clubs funds. In this 2 hour special Lil’ Dave walks our audience through his personal thoughts and addresses the bogus allegations levied against him backed with receipts aka support documentation. Frustrations of not given his day in Mongol Court have driven Lil’ Dave to clear his good name on various platforms and Cinemills TV was honored he chose us as one. The thankless and high profile position as International President comes with many demands, responsibilities and burden. It’s a 3-D chess game involving Family, Law Enforcement, 1%er Politics, Court Cases, Club & Personal Business and an undertaking most people aren't built for but are the first to criticize from the sidelines. There are critics that have taken the approach “Don’t bother with me with the facts - I’ve made up mind” but the verdict is in: Lil Dave loves his Family, Club Brothers and feels proud of the legacy he left for the next generation of Mongols MC Brothers.

What makes you think that's the way it is? As a prospect you're going be told what to do because we need to know we can count on you, once you've been patched in, it's not like that, you may be asked to do certain things, hopefully you do it, nobody should have to tell you to do anything.

I used to ride with a support club for a 1% Club this is the main storyline to any leadership position I have seen in a motorcycle club I have never seen anyone walk away with their relationship with the club and family intact I believe this is because you have power-hungry people who do not care about true Brotherhood I do not think this will ever change this is just the type of people motorcycle clubs attract even though you have solid guys like Little Dave. One thing I’ve learned from growing up in the hood being form a tag banging krew and ending up being addicted to drugs is. There is no loyalty in any throw of street organization. God saved me from that life and I would never go back to all that mess and insanity. Point blank there is no loyalty in the streets.

By far one of the best lil Dave's interview. Most important it covers the Mongols origins, prior leadership, Dave's intro, to running & leading to the infamous call. A lot is covered but absolutely necessary. Finally a more journalism style of interview where the guest is allowed to speak uninterrupted. Daves response has the most logic & really shows his psyche & demonstrates his ability to be a leader. Plain & simple.
The One thing I find most interesting & absurd is through all of the deliberate smears & misinformation very little attention is given to the "brother" who thought is ok to meet with the sitting presidents wife behind his back. Then proceeds to release a compromising video with very little context to the public which would in turn make the Mongols look weak..
Like who thought that was a good call?
-While targeting Dave, The thing that stands out to me the most is the lack of moral virtue & integrity by the top members in the cabinet to protect the organization, & if truly in doubt, why not handle this in house?No one with the least bit of sense saw an issue of bringing an internal matter to the public forefront?.
-With an unbiased perspective Step back and try to analyze the bigger picture. Ask yourself, why would a "cabinet member/s" be so eager & willing to release a video of your organizations president that would essentially tarnish the Mongols name?
-How can the members/brotherhood not see that this action alone clearly demonstrates the lack of moral integrity to protect the Mongol organization & brotherhood in its entirety.
-This has the blueprint of dirty politics written all over it. Power & control trumps all. Only to bypass & disregard the collective greater good of the Mongols organization.
-Now, the release of a video that was dealing with a private matter of a husband & wife. Someone trying to take control would clearly see this as an opportunity to exploit a personal matter and capitalize on it. How you ask? Simple.
-Character assassination. (CA) is a deliberate and sustained effort to damage the reputation or credibility of an individual, character assassination is an intentional attempt, by his or her codependents/opposition to influence the portrayal or reputation of someone in such a way as to cause others to develop an extremely negative or unappealing perception of them.
-One thing is obvious, not everyone can run and maintain a well established organization . I.E the struggles/police harassment/legal matters that the mongols initially faced. Along the way, through trial & error the Mongols success came with Dave's & many others dedication to the organization's & leadership.
He demonstrates the capability to lead with integrity & set the moral foundation to the organizations success. Which was sustained for many years.
•Moral of the story, live with honesty & integrity. There is 3 sides to a story. Every action has a reaction, & our actions are irreversible. It's the people closest to us who lift you up but will tear you down just as fast. Hurt people hurt people, when emotions run high all logic is thrown out which only leads to irrational decisions & behavior. It's easier to be ignorant and run with sheep. Educate yourself and don't just take someone's word. Take your time to analyze all sides to a story from an unbiased perspective. In the end Facts become irrefutable and really don't care about your feelings , so don't be so quick to jump off a cliff.🤷🏻♀️

I do have to say one thing about the Mongols MC ATF officer McQueen said after his case was done the one thing he missed the most was the brotherhood of the Mongols MC. He said they really cared about him! Wow never heard any law enforcement official say that ever about any MC club👍🏻

When you get pulled over in Australia you need to pass the Attitude Test.
Pass that your fine, if want to be a wanna be hard cunt then they will go out of their way to make sure you have the worst day of the month.
Pass the Attitude Test and even if they find a defect on your bike,car or whatever, you'll probably get a warning and told to get it fixed asap.
It's as simple as that.

Depends who you ask....Lil' Dave had many Brothers who liked his get down and he has his detractors. How do we know this? Because we have met those fellas. Everything gets political at this level. We think this story is more about a New School vs. Old School approach to MC biker culture rather than anything else. Dave wanted and did modernize the club, tried to coach his Brothers to stay out the way and avoid living in a room the size of a bathroom with other men for 25 years plus. The Mongols have and will always have respect from everyone. They made their point and unfortunately blood was shedded to do so. For Dave it was about moving smarter in a world of ring cams and cell phones. Using finesse rather than conflict to grow the club. Talk softly but carry a big stick approach. I was a full patched member of a 1% motorcycle club in sometimes good guys get blackballed betrayed ripped off for a fair amount of money and left in jail hungry and come out to a goose egg and it a club that is at the top of the food chain where any of these things should be unacceptable that's my story. Because other members might have more influence look prettier the Kardashian type and I financially more well-established than others I haven't seen my daughter in 10 years I should have my story told to but then they like to call you a rat and you wanted to some members that it makes them feel better keeping good people down . The biggest thing I've lost out of all this is I haven't seen my daughter in over 10 years my only child how's that for Brotherhood

Thank you for the awesome content. I’m a heroin addict from Dallas Texas who is now in the Bay Area after some truly crazy series of events. Homeless with the clothes on my back and in need of a fix. The previous day I had been left at a big box store that I had went into with the idea of a cart full of wire being pushed out the front door. I always felt like the whole world knew when I was jonesing and if I thought about it too much while walking in the store I would flake. Thankfully that day I flaked because I’d have walked out to find my “homeboy” had left me. I was in Fort Worth so I may as well been in another state. I was from Dallas and I rarely made my way to Fort Worth. So I’m walking around hoping this “he” would pop up. So no phone no money no dope and I’m starting to feel shitty. I walked over to a 711 and saw some street guys out there movin and groovin. I went Over to try to find someone who could get me a fix. Luckily for me they were heroin addicts too. So I have a connect but no money. I find a piece of cardboard and get a marker and write “homeless not hopeless” I make my way to a intersection and go to work. It had been a few years since the last time I flew a sign. If you’ve ever found yourself in the homeless/drug addicted world you’d learn flying a sign is what people said when they would stand on the intersection with a cardboard sign. An hour later and I got the funds for a fix. I’m feeling a lot better now hell I likely had a pep in my step after completing that mission… Oakland California since last September living in my car I bought back home and just hit the road. I thought I could runaway from Dallas and get clean in sunny California. If only it was that easy. It’s awfully lonely at times. No family or friends. An amazing woman who is married I text and talk to occasionally but even when I’m texting her it feels like I’m texting to myself. I’m always alone and can go days without having a conversation with anyone. It feels like I’m locked up in my mind. I don’t have much to get excited about these days but when I see you uploaded a video I’m like hell yes!!! Thank you for that cinemills

As a former member of the Mongols Nation, I can understand the situation of being pushed out. I was also there when all of the issues happened in that time frame. Being an active member from 2011 to about 2017 it was just a crazy time. Through Save the Patch, all of the court cases that the nation went through. It was a very turbulent time. In terms of him being a snitch, or him working with Ciccone... I question that because I knew how Cicconne operated. He was not one of those people that really got that close to any of the groups because of the past issues with them losing cases because of their relationships with bikers.... kinda that separation of church and state concept. LIL Dave did so much for the Nation and it is sad to see things happen like this. Towards the end, I think a lot of the stress and the BS with the case really weighed down on him. From seeing him in 2012 in Pennsylvania when I gave him a belt buckle, to the same person that was so stressed and beat up in 2017. You could see the difference and what the weight of the Nation... and the criminal case had done to him. In terms of Ciccone... I even asked John Ciccone if he would buy a Save the Patch shirt at the Colorado Rally 2014, and shortly after that, the Gand Task Force unit in Greeley CO started showing up show up at the Burrito Trucks I often stopped at. Either way.... and no matter what... Lil Dave was good people and always good to me. 2Gunz 1%ER

It’s full of cats politicking against each other, backstabbing each other, literally and figuratively. The bikers at the top are riding freely across the states with their brothers behind them. They are free to go where they want when they want. Can raise their kids, see them everyday, and keep them on the right track. They also don’t need to stuff things in they azz, on a regular basis like the people your referring to that are so organized. One would think if they are so more organized and structured, all their top members wouldn’t have to be living in a prison cell for the majority of their life. I’m not alone when thinking, riding a Harley and getting to travel around the country, beats sitting in a cell being told when to get up, when to eat, when to sht, all while your family is on the outside trying to survive without you being there.
