- In this 2-hour Thanksgiving Day Special Cinemills TV sits down with recently ousted International President of the Mongols M.C., Dave Santillan, who also goes by Lil' Dave. Lil' Dave has been accused of being a Confidential Informant aka a "Rat" stemming from a video released by his scorned wife. His wife released the video of Lil' Dave in an attempt to end his career as a 1%er, a life of infidelity, drugs and a fast lane lifestyle. Instead of keeping the video internal club business, certain Club Brothers released the video to an online biker platform to defame and dethrone Lil' Dave. A perfect storm involving a greedy attorney and a disloyal power-hungry group within Lil' Dave's organization found a good man fighting for his reputation. A motion was filed in Federal Court triggering a hearing to overturn a previous trial involving the Mongols M.C. Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, commonly referred to as the “RICO Act” or simply “RICO” case alleging that Lil' Dave had infiltrated the defense camp and was providing intel to Special Agent John Ciccone of the ATF. The move backfired as the 8-day trial, that took 8 months to conclude called on witnesses from several law enforcement agencies all which under oath declared that Lil' Dave was not a CI, UCI, Cooperator, etc. In a world where paperwork is EVERYTHING it is as clear as day that Lil' Dave was never a "Rat". On the contrary Lil' Dave played it cool with ATF Agent, John Ciccone and kept additional heat off the club by not being a prick and showing decency and respect toward the agent, and only doing so in the presence of Brothers and Club Attorneys. Lil' Dave NEVER wanted to come on any platforms to discuss this issue and this will be his last and final media appearance regarding this matter. Everything he discusses in this segment is public record and has either been discussed in public court documents or in published books. Lil' Dave continues to Love his good Club Brothers and wants nothing but the best for his former club that he helped build and lead for years. Sadly, a good man has been dragged through the mud, but the truth will always prevail.

LD, so glad you are winning the battle. I am formerly with a small outlaw club in Northern California and we always believed in Honesty, Loyalty, Respect. Small as we were, the problems I had as the President at the end were disappointing to say the least. I found I could not trust my SSA for example. Shit would come back at me after we decided to handle an issue and voted on it. No matter what club you are with HLR is vital to its survival. Respects and the best to you and your brothers. Hobo

Insane throttle is the ultimate opportunist. The more drama the better is the way he see’s it in my opinion. Originally I appreciated him because he gave me a segment to speak on an episode on his platform. But then a situation arose and he basically linked up with an out bad ex-member of my club and took my clubs private business and tried to dramatize it to turn it into an episode of his show. The man feeds on drama. We cut all ties.

I'm not in any club (grew up wishing I was Eval Canival or an HA) but have been listening to this on the internet from the beginning. After seeing how his club has treated him, Dave's story has shown how much BS is involved. I'll ride alone. Forget the nay-sayers and stay true Dave.
It's a good thing you recognize that. It's pretty hilarious that these clubs proudly put on the 1% patch telling everyone they are outlaws. People STILL get surprised when they act like it.
Every clubs deals with the BS because sooner or later brothers are going to let greed replace Brotherhood...I've seen some that had their own inside click and they didn't stop until they all held one position or another and if you wasn't on the same page , they put ya out ...the bad part , you could have spent years & years and always put club before anything and one day those weekend brothers have taken over and even if the majority knows your solid , they won't step up , knowing they can be next out the door ...
Well they like all people are very competitive. So they cast shade on to their leaders. Doc was letting alot of gang members that didn't even ride into the club , with that comes trouble, tell a 19 to 23 year old to haul the trash and see if it gets done.
Believe me bro you don't want to I've been a member of a huge club since 1988 in Ct and since like 2001 it's been down hill people rising the patch in their own way trying to get all they can for themselves and if they get hemmed up they rat. So I've been workin my way out since I got outa the joint in 2019
You Don't want any of it. Ride and have your fun whatever that maybe. You won't be taking orders that can take your life. Run with friends and the world will turn for you.

I watched Little Dave testify in a criminal case in Downtown LA in a federal trial. David Santillan is incredibly intelligent and articulate. He completely stuck it to the government. No he did not testify against anyone. In fact he didn't know anyone and that was the point of the testimony. Government took an "L." Mis respetos.

If your run by street code and your falsely accused of being a rat you take out the person or people that accused you of such things. The way this whole ordeal was handled was a joke. From Lil Dave’s side and the biker group. From the recording to putting this out in the public court rooms. Talk about watered down this whole case is a great example of that trend.

@@cinemillstv Here is my comment on Insane Throttle: I have not seen with my own eyes all the evidence of the case, nor the 302 you mention for the very reason you mention. I have heard FBI, ATF, LAPD and LASO all say during the case before the judge ruled that Lil Dave was not an informant, or a CI. There is zero evidence that a club member has been prosecuted or convicted based on his supposed cooperation with law enforcement, nor is there any evidence that he has been treated with kid gloves by law enforcement on his past and pending cases. This is exactly what the judge ruled, and what Mooch said on the excellent video you did with him and Black Diamond. The fact that Agent Ciccone said "Lil Dave could've been a paid informant" is vague at best in that any law enforcement officer can say someone could be a paid informant simply because that officer does not know if that person is or is not an informant. That's why it was treated as hearsay and not evidence. When it comes to allegations like this, evidence, or the lack thereof should carry more weight than hearsay about possibilities that are unsupported by paperwork.
