    Great stuff right here, I totally understood when u meant the toxic dopamine rush, over time I’ve learned to actually enjoy looking at nature and, as funny as it sounds, grass lol, it’s almost a therapy to just be in nature, social media is so attention seeking and so toxic I genuinely despise it, people only do shit for attention, it’s so fake

    Handsome af, good video tho 👌 being offline let you workout instead of setting around. Once you understand how to not be bored without it you enjoy the small things like being outside or even breathing in the shade. Your right about the dopamine. Speaking knowledge. I ride my Motorcycle get out and socialize meet new strangers and have conversations like old times.

      when it comes to music its ok to listen to it, what i do is i listen to it whenever im doing something alone, but when im outside or with people i try to just be present
