    To achieve that fresh, glowing complexion. Here are some tips that can help:
    - Drink lots of water: Hydration is essential for maintaining plump, fresh-looking skin.
    - Maintain a healthy diet: Embrace fruits, vegetables, and whole grains! Nourish your skin from within with these nutrient-rich foods.
    - Choose a gentle cleanser: Avoid stripping your skin's natural oils with harsh cleansers. Search for a gentle option that won't cause irritation. My go-to is litlextra ricebeery face wash which is gentle and has black rice water which is good for skin.
    - Make sure you're getting adequate sleep: Sleep is real, folks! Getting enough rest can help your skin look brighter and more refreshed.
    - Incorporate exfoliation into your skincare routine: Scrub away those dead skin cells to reveal brighter, fresher skin. But don't overdo it - too much exfoliation can be irritating.
    - Moisturize: Maintain skin hydration and suppleness by using a moisturizer appropriate for your skin type.
    - Shield your skin from harmful UV rays: Exposure to the sun can result in premature aging and dull skin. Make sunscreen a daily essential and limit direct sun exposure.

      I'm on my second bottle and I'm glad to inform that ricceberry face wash works well for my skin very well. The face skin is becoming brighter day by day and pimples, blemishes is also decreasing.

    Thank you for the formula! I made the cleanser today and I can’t wait to try it tonight. Mine turned out a bit more jelly-like than yours looks in the video. Perhaps the Xantham gum is different in Canada or it’s the small amount of lavender distillate I used in the water percentage

    • @WholeElise
      @WholeElise  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Oh that's great, I'm so glad you tried it! Xanthan gum is can be really sensitive to mixing, if it's slightly overmixed it can develop a gloopy or jelly-like consistency. But that shouldn't affect the cleanser performance - well done in making it 😊💚
