The colors are not toxic. Why would I use something toxic in my products? Nothing we put on our skin gets absorbed. Our skin is there to keep things out, not suck things in

I have been making face washes for the last few months which turn out great but I generally find Decyl Glucoside and Cocamidopropyl Betaine (I do use these alot in my formulas) have a noticeable odour and I find this to kind of ruin the overall affect for me. However I found a clear, thickening, pharmacy product that consists of Maltodextrin, Potassium Chloride and Xanthan Gum. Do you think this would be ok to use in the formulation? Cheers Aimee

I think she did a turmeric extract once. You could make the glycerin extract and add that instead of powder. All of the benefits, none of the grit.
