I suffer from serious dandruff and i had a coworker who sold homemade soaps and etc. I decided to try her products and she gave me a sugar scrub sample. One day I was so frustrated with my dandruff situation, the expensive shampoos and medicated things i used on my scalp werent working. While I was trying the sugar scrub on my skin and face, i decided to use to use the sugar scrub on my scalp too. And it worked! Ever since, the sugar scrub has helped with my dandruff troubles. I wanna make my own homemade sugar scrubs now.

All three of these feel very diffrent on the skin. I use both the emulsified and the foaming sugar scrubs in my line of products and love them dearly. Better yet so do my customers! I love to experiment with all kinds of exfoliants. My favorite to date is my coffee scrub. It is decedent and I add caffine powder and other additives to give it a further boost! Sugar scrubs are fun to create and play with!!!

You can also use sand. I used it on my grandma and grandpa‘s at the river. It works so well.

Thank you for your video, I wonder how many people are "allergic to any ingredients you use"? As a massage therapist I use esential oils per request , I come across people that are allergic to Natural herbs 😥

Elise, what do you think about adding real honey as humectant rather than sorbitol? I'd love to hear your opinion.

Elise, thank you for your great recipes. May I ask if you can do a project on dishwashing liquid which is environmental friendly and also not abrasively drying to the skin? 😊
