    Sleep terrible and have very long term health issues. I sleep upto 1 hour a night, I supplement, meditate, I don't have WiFi.
    My permanent headaches stopped with a shungite stone under my pillow but I still cannot sleep.

    With all these ideas, gadgets, schedules and this general paranoia, do you actually have a life? I’m all for healthy living and trying to take good care of myself but jeez! I do have a line I’m avoiding to cross. Life is made for living, not measuring, weighting, counting, scanning, monitoring….
