Great video! Porting and smoothing out those rough surfaces will certainly improve your air flow and efficiency, resulting in more horsepower and torque! Thanks for posting!

I have to say the hand porting and polishing I did to my TB/ inlet was far more extensive than you got for your money! Also ditch the LSA TB for a LS3 TB, its bigger to start.

Id be mad about the throttle body. But the Port work was decently preformed. I personally have ported anything from nitro rc to sbc heads.. Dirtbike heads etc.. The thing ive found out after many years of doing this.. The intake or any area with air going in.. Needs to be a little rougher.. Than the air going out will like the almost polished look. Its always good to clean up those castings burrs and de-burr or even give it that smooth look.. Even at 1mm all the way around improves cfm flow. But if you are using a rougher bit to get the shape of your port work.. It dnt need to be as fine in the end on the "intake side of the engine" and it will help get that turbulent air in there which helps generates more power.. Rougher is better.. But stock cast can always use an aggressive dremel session.

If you don’t mind me asking why did you choose steigmehier (however you spell it🤷‍♂️)) and not like jokerz performance?

xRated he was giving me a good deal and while I was doing my research believe it or not but I didn't come across jokers performance up until I already sent my supercharger out

I was just about to ask the same thing! I have my 90mm ported TB from jokers.
I love your videos bro! As mention before, always real and down to earth! Keep them coming!

@@Thaikuza TF you talking about, its literally the same for what he paid to get his supercharger ported from stiegemeier, Plus Jokerz use a CNC machine so they wont fuck up like stiegemeier did with this dudes throttle body....

Where did that huge chip in your throttle body come from?

John Syler while it was getting ported but it doesn't mess with the flow or seal so I let it slide
