  • Yes, it's been over 2 years. I've FINALLY posted my last week of Stronglifts 5x5. Here are my closing thoughts and advice on the program as a whole. I also go through some of the reasons why it took forever for me to make this video. Thanks for being patient!

    Look into the bridge by Jordan and Austin baraki. That wrist issue which you've probably fixed by now is definitely that grip on the bar. Squat is up to 275 for 3x5, 145 OHP 5x5, 200 bench 5x5 @163lb bodyweight . If heard great shit about RPE training so look into that
