Dadong is more modern. They have a lot of modernized Chinese cousin fitted for westerners, very fancy. Recommend the latter.

The main building of Quan Ju De was refurbished in the 1990s, it maintains 60s/70s/80s style with grand dinning hall. Latest Peking duck restaurant arrangement will give you more privacy in comparison. When duck skin melts in your mouth, you know you choose the right one. Also recommend to have a half-day in Niu Jie Street, Xicheng District. It's the largest Muslim residential area in Beijing and you will find so many lovely Halal food and snacks over there.

I visited Beijing so many times and I did not know you can go to the top of the bird nest! I ate QuanJuDe roast duck at a branch store, not the headquarter one. They provide a show which is pretty entertaining for certain dinning time.

Which then was in the 1990's, as given the time China had opened its door only in the late 1970's to the outside world with its newly formed economic reform! I heard in china, when u order full package or whole duck, they will serve u in 2-4 kind of dishes, 1. roast duck with thin pan cake 2. the dark soup 3. duck meat spring roll 4. crispy salted duck rack and etc correct me if I'm wrong WOW, the bird nest stadium is stunning, I think the best time to go is in winter or spring and evening time, otherwise, climbing up to the top will make ladies make up drop and sweaty, and you couldn't take any stunning pictures.

In the next episode, I suggest you guys to tour the Summer Palace& the Yuan Ming Garden, you will be definitely fascinated by them, the views from the top of the summer palace moutain is so gorgeous, different from the view in town, you can take a bird's-eye view of the entire city, I think that will make your video more splendid! Glad to see you guys having awesome in Beijing 😊, Cheers in Chinese is “gan bei” the real authentic Chinese food is 10 times better than the Chinese food in UK and much cheaper too, you can have a decent meal with drinks for two less than £30 in Beijing and it costs you £20 for a bowl of noodles in London 😅
