Avoid the XL850 because it forces you to use two of the worst screensavers anyone could ever design (bouncing text or a black screen). Get the XL1050 instead, because that model allows you to see the blue Home screen at all times as an option. Also, the XL1050 has a much more accurate internal temp sensor.
