Thank you for sharing this, this gives me an idea why I have been hearing a loud long crunchy sound from my left side when I open my jaws, then my right side makes a quick loud crunchy pop when I close them.

@irannapukar8359 each case is different. There is no simple answer and no simple description. I would need to see the patient, assess, diagnose, do some imaging, scans, and determine the cause in order to provide a solution.

Ohh that makes sense. Ive had a huge overbite my whole life. Cant afford braces and it really hurts when i eat 😢

Your jaw is very likely misaligned. Can't diagnose without knowing more but it's likely that your overbite is contributing to your symptoms
