That walking the building with sliding jacks is 50 years old in the US and Australia. Its been used in naval construction too. Its awesome that China's been able to use it now.
That kind of technology is no longer needed in the USA, since most cities in the US have already given up improvising the cities and upgrading infrastructure. San Francisco is a case in point. That kind of technology is not needed for the homeless. Why bother?
