Use FSR instead of DLSS unless you have a 4000 series graphics card. This will double your fps. I have a 3080 and I get 90-120 regularly
How was the singleplayer experience? Did you feel like you were missing out or could you get help from faction bases?

SP is fine you just have to move slow. Some servers might have more of your faction on than others and you can always make friends if you want.

All the things you're wondering... the lifeless open world reminds me of Breakpoint- but I do suspect they're focusing their efforts on combatant AI at this point so they can keep people busy while they work on the civilians.
Also- natural / relaxed opponent AI would be expected... I'm not sure we need an elaborate and rich open world environment and a bunch of alert targets patrolling around 24 hours a day.
One other thing I'm curious about is if we will be able to apply medical aid to opposing players / AI in the interest of gaining intel, equipment or currency...
Ya there is still a lot left to be desired here and I’m not sure this will ever take shape but it is what it is.
I don’t think you’re gonna be able to do anything to opposing faction players other than kill them lol

Buy credits? You don’t buy credits. You earn money in game by doing missions and thus you have enough to purchase equipment
From what I seen though DlSS makes a huge difference anywhere from 30 to 60 FPS boost

I think the game is cool. Its very early EA so problems are to be expected. But I had no issues so far. What I currently dislike, but that will improve over time I am sure, are the feel of controls/movement as well as weapon sway mechanics. It's all a bit "janky" for me.
I hope they will improve this first, because this dictates how a game feels as you move through the world. One other thing is how objectives in quests look. It's kinda hard to find them most of the time. I hope they will make them a bit more obvious.
But thats about it with my limited time I played.
The 5fps Lows that hit my 4070 every 4-7seconds make it really tough to even do things like loot, even on Low Graphics. I'll probably have to wait to play until it is optimized more.

Weird your fps is so low cuz my friend is getting 90 with a 1080ti in 1080p with FSR enables on medium . With i7 12th gen
Im gettijg 140fps in 1440p ultrawide on high and ultra setting mixture with a 4070ti with a 13th gen i9
Cant shake off that the UI is an exact clone of tarkovs, but looks dope, might just buy it right now
it runs quite good but you are getting some stutter when using choppa, but besides that, card with DLSS helps out , it is not perfect but like U say it is FUN!
Ya it’s prob worth 35 bucks if you enjoy this genre and have nothing else to play.

Great review thank you! I had a poor experience as I jumped into the game without watching any reviews/guides. No tutorial whatsoever made it confusing. I put all my cash into my pocket thinking I might need it, along with both main weapons and all the best gear, died as soon as I encountered an AI. I scrounged up what I had remaining in my inventory to try to find my loot only to be killed by a friendly. I quit soon after. Game needs a way to reset your progression at the very least...

Alright so i just bought the game and played for a good 4 hours, heres my take: game is wonderful, but clunky in every aspect, opening doors, firefights, reloading, eating, healing etc, gets boring fast and there are only like 10 weapons, it just released so ideally it will have huge amounts of content, reminds me when tarkov released, it was clunky and lacked content, but ton of potential and even with its problems, both game on release were really fun
you get more weapons when u progress i was told, boring? u r crazy
The clunkyness gets me annoyed coming from games like ghost recon in third person that are really smooth when it comes to movement.

Defiantly not optimized but I heard there are some settings to change to get lots more performance so I’m gonna look into that.

In military games, I dislike when the bots behave like players instead of humans. It works for certain action shooters, especially arena shooters with respawns, but it feels very wrong in a military game. I prefer simulation there.
I think solving the PVP is simple: give each faction one town that is strictly for them. Don't allow other factions into that section of the map. They would still be able to snipe you from far away, but they wouldn't be able to grab the loot, removing some of the incentive. Obviously, having a way for players to engage in combat from the helos is still necessary, but there should be a safer town that allows for new players to learn without much PVP.
Oh, come on, you sprinted off of a cliff. I'm not saying the snap can't be better, but preventing players from sprinting off of cliffs seems more annoying than being punished for sprinting off of cliffs is.
I should be able to sprint…down the hill!
There is a PvE mode if new players don't want to engage in pvp.
@@habib6863 , yes. However, sometimes, you want the tension of knowing other players are around, but you don't want to be spawn/infiltration-camped by a bunch of people who have far more hours in the game.
@@Go_Coup pick a lane, do you want tension or not? Progression is shared between all servers. Get your feet wet in PvE then switch when you want.

The game should be $15-$20. $35-$40 is way to much for 20% of a game. Definitely screams scam, Early access used to be used for games that were 50%-70% done and just need to iron out bugs and extra money to finish the product. Nowadays ea is used for scams or games that will take 4-8 years to complete, basically give us money now and we promise we might finish the game
Should they be charging less for this? Yeah. But is it a scam? Very obviously not. This isn't The Day Before.
Early access is a blanket term, this is an alpha.

The graphics arnt exactly stunning. Its like Day Z mixed with Ghost Recon Wildlands. All are old games.
