I pulled out a bad ass Ford raptor with about $60,000 of up grades and 37s tires. I have skinny ass street tires and pulled this raptor out. It was funny 😄. What a great weekend. Brought some first timer to Pismo they didn’t want to leave! 🇺🇸

That is one windy day and the sand is just tore up on the beach. I've got 8000 lbs towing behind my truck and and never got stuck on the beach in 40+ years. I have to say those kinetic ropes are the shit.

its easier to air down before you head out on the sand. and please air your trailer down and turn your trailer brakes to zero, if not your basically dragging an 10k anchor
It's crazy to me that so many people go it the sand without doing any research on how to drive on it, bunch of noobs! I guy I went with last year to pismo did the same thing, rented a big Denali 4x4 and toy hauler and ended up breaking the 4x4 as soon as he pulls in
All he had to do, was not floor it. The first attempt would have worked fine with a double pop. First to pop out of the hole, (with almost no skinny pedal at all so as not to re-dig), second yank to get it moving and take it home. Instead the drivers all floored it when it slowed down and dug in deeper. Typical. Seen so many people do this in all sorts of circumstances.
I live less than a mile from the drive on entrance. Every time I go out in my raised, super charged tacoma, I see scrubs in factory jeeps and trucks stuck. It never fails. People, just because your cars look like offload or the dealer said they are, doesn't mean they are. That dodge was clearly not made for nor meant to be in sand dunes pulling heavy weight. It has no lift, no cut tires, not increased tire size/width, and no lowered gear ratios for the deep stuff. Lucky there are always nice people around, as it can cost over 1000 dollars for get a professional to poll you out.
Big bad Ford had to pull him out (; also I would unhook the trailer and got out myself. Could have put the strap on the trailer and pulled it out far enough to hook back up to it.
Should've aired down right when u get to the sand not when you get stuck. Also can't get too much tire on the ground when you have those big STREET rims you have on that thing.

What do you use ? I have a 60ft 1.25in diameter boat mooring line but I need a new one.
