Is it possible to Turn Off the Honda Sensing (such as FCM) after each restart with this scanner (to become default OFF after each time starting the car)?

What happens after the 3 years are finished? Can we still use it or do we have to pay for it ? If so whats the price .?

That what I know, after 3 years you still can use it, but upgrading will be not available, and to continue the upgrading will cost 99$ per year
