  • This video shows cooking these cheese filled tortellini in 3 batches, when to add to add to water, adding ingredients, blending, adding herbs, salt & pepper, adding pesto, and much more.
    Eat with crusty bread, or a melted cheese topped crusty bread, or crusty bread topped with OO. 😊
    Enjoy this delicious pasta salad anytime, Christmas, new year, baptism/ religious celebration) and other celebrations.
    Ingredients:
    Sweet and red onion. Thin dice. Drained. Patted dry
    Fine Grated Parmesan about 1/3 c
    Roma tomatoes. about 3 medium size. Rinsed, patted dry, pulp & seeds removed. Folded into paper towel to soak up moisture.
    OO. Drizzles
    pesto. Quantity your preference.
    Cook times. 2-3 minutes each batch
    Italian parsley
    Herbs. Marjoram: 2 1/4 teaspoons 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, ground oregano, basil leaves. To taste. Your choice. Use as in video or substitute
    Kosher salt about 1/2 teaspoon. Not a lot
    Pepper. About 1/8 teaspoon
    Can be served warm or cold.
