11:24 that is NOT a usb port. 😂😂😂😂 That is a 12v port. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Also, that is not a gas pedal. It is an acceleration pedal. This is an electric vehicle, not gas. All in all a good video.
Debating on picking one up. They dropped the price and with the $7,500 from the tax bonus it’ll help out a lot. Looks nice. Wish it was a a little quicker but it is what it is I guess.
I got mines last week. You are forced to pay 25 a month for the wifi otherwise you cant use any of the infotainment apps nor the built in google maps ( if will only show offline routes, no traffic data)
heavy vehicle and it just zooms down the street... rain driving was perfect to show the view and wipers. I wonder if it has bidirectional charging or V2H? good video.
I noticed you couldn't get the 'My Mode' button 'on' when pressed. Was that because the car was not registered to an owner, or was it a fault of the software?
After test-driving a number of Teslas, this looks a lot more comfortable and user-friendly. Rather impressive of GM to come out of the gates with this model being so well thought-out, I'm guessing their Bolt and Volt experiences helped greatly.
Other than a) a non-minimalistic design, b) two big screens and HUD (instead of a big screen that looks awful), buttons (no comments there (what’s the problem with a hybrid setup of buttons and big screens?)), c) sportier look than again a minimalistic design, d) better handling (yeah, drove both a model Y and RS so can compare with good criteria), and e) better interior styling (than again a minimalistic design). Better pricing on the model Y, maybe, but not too much into being minimalistic when it comes down to EVs
@@LXi0046 the interior design is old school, the handling is questionable ask consumer reports. Charge curve, no one knows. Effceincy is probably less than 2 miles per KW. Its already has issues with the software and the 12V reboot battery needs. GM needs help.
I think GM did really nice work in the design and creature comforts. The price has come down some to the point where I'm going to go test drive one. Also looking forward to the redesigned 2025 Equinox!
All that space up front and no frunk. Also no fuel tank in the rear bust barely has any space under the subfloor. What gives? Shortcuts in engineering and packaging to get to market sooner? I hope this proves to be a great car but what I’m seeing and the price do not make it very competitive.
@ 5:30 take a look at what rear passengers will be sitting up against. Hard plastic that covers the child seat anchors points, the same on the Cadillac Lyriq, and sure to be the same on the Equinox. Unbelievably stupid!
Just made the purchase of this exact model in the same color and we love it❤
does it have a cruise control for when you are in the traffic...for example at a low speed it follows the car in front without touching anything ?
Just leased this vehicle and loving it so far! Very comfortable and fun to drive. Handles very well. Thanks for the review!
Great to hear!
Getting one this color this week!
Very nice. Looks like a winner. Thank you for the review.

Thank you!
I have one with 5000km driven, I'm liking it so far.

You forgot to mention something important.. No apple car play or android auto.
Looks like Durham! We're customers of the Subaru dealer across the street, but might want to check out the Blazer EV when it's time for a change.
Let me know 😄

It was in demo mode
What all does the ambient lighting cover in the car? I know it shows on the air vents but where else does it show?
Just the Air vents

Absolutely!!
What does it offer over the model Y except the price being over 10k more and no nacs plug?
Good point! The model Y is definitely the stronger competitor at the moment
@@YTJoshuaMcDonald please inform GM. I would like to purchase your product when it becomes competative
the owner of the company isn't a chud

"Let's take a right up here, and give it some gas" lol bro forgot it's an EV. No more "mash the gas" lol
Mash the power
Let's give it some power lol

It’s electric!!!!

Thanks for watching!
No one cares.
@@Digikidthevoiceofreason seems like you do! Enough to comment 😂 loser
279 miles, in 2024? lol, what a joke! 78 miles in 10 minutes, and that is some kind of a selling point? lol
