The BOA system looks good. Supposed to be reliable, too.

I've worn the boots several times, including 500 miles in the last week. They are light, easy to get on and off, and the BOA system works well - which I already have on a pair of my Knox gloves too. I'm really pleased with the boots, they are very comfortable and I don't fall over when putting them on/pulling them off!

Wearing them in Connemara Ireland all Summer. As comfy as slippers, so easy to get on and off, and waterproof should you get caught in showers. Real ride and hike boots, versus my Daytona ankle boots which felt much warmer in summer and heavier …. Pricey, but unbelievable boot

What’s the build quality like? I’ve seen some reviews where users mention issues with low-quality glue and the outer sole coming apart.

Hi, Shiva. Mine have been great. A friend bought some on my recommendation and his have been fine too. Thanks for stopping by.

    Are they comfortable in summer?

I've ridden 700 miles in the last three days in 80-95F and they've felt fine. I rode in the pouring rain for about 50 of those miles and they remained totally dry. I like them. BMW also have a new goretex boot out that has a side zip and boa lacing system - worth checking out as well.
