Today we toured an amazing estate in Bel Air that might be my favorite home in Los Angeles. Where do I start; 20k sq entertainment space , lush landscaping, privacy, amazing interior space at its finest and so much more in this California mega estate. Mega mansions are known for their huge scales and kinda cold rooms but not this one. This mega mansion felt so cozy, warm and inviting. This property is definitely built with the consideration of entertaining and enjoying the outdoor spaces since its located in Los Angeles; that has amazing weather year around. The part that is so crazy about this home is the 20k sq feet entertaining space. This giga mansion `s entertainment space has several hang out / entertainment rooms, bowling alley - thats right a bowling alley! - an amazing indoor pool / spa and indoor racket ball court. Located in Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles, this property is close to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and rest of the coast. As a real estate agent I see expensive homes / properties everyday but this luxury house is in my top 3 list in entire Los Angeles! Bel Air is a neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, California, in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains which was founded in 1923. The community was founded in 1923 by Alphonzo Bell. He bought a large ranch with a home on what is now Bel Air Road. He subdivided and developed the property with large residential lots, with work on the master plan led by the landscape architect Mark Daniels. He also built the Bel Air Beach Club in Santa Monica and the Bel Air Country Club. Bel Air is filled with some of the biggest, most luxurious homes Los Angeles has to offer. So far, this is the best house that I've seen on their channel. It's so big, yet actually feels like a house rather than a hotel (a lot of the big houses tend to feel like hotels).

For sure, I've seen several other 50 million dollar homes that did not come close to this. Makes me wonder why this one is so much cheaper, or why the others were so much smaller or had less features for the same price. They were also in Brentwood or Bel Air.
BoogieDaddy I think just because its in bel air firstly and then it has not a view or un water acces. The same mansion in the beverly hills or west Hollywood costs much more

Of all the houses that you have toured this is by far the best one. I keep coming back to this video to look at it over and over again because the architecture and the engineering of this home is exquisite. I'm not sure what kind of person would even live in this home definitely a billionaire. What tops it off like a cherry on top of a Sunday is the enthusiasm that these two have while they're touring the house

Stumbled upon your channel the other day and got hooked right away. 1) I love how you, Mikey and Trey introduce us to these houses. Very respectful, professional and genuine. 2) I love that you two are genuinely shocked what this estate has to offer, and you don't want even to care to hide your amazement! 3) This is mind-blowing - I can't get over the fact there's this elevator that brings you from the main house to the entertainment house! That's just unbelievable what money also can do. One gets simply lost without a house map! LoL

This is brilliant, in my opinion the exterior is more gorgeous than some of the $100+ Million estates I've seen. This is actually of manageable size and the privacy is real. A lot of multi-million dollar mansions have no walls around the premises, a thief could simply walk around and enter the garden. As well as wild life. With this mansion? Not so much.

It’s possible because the entertainment space is so large that it connects to the main house, underground. @10:56 Notice how the underground pool sits beneath the above ground pool at the main house when they mentioned the skylight.

It is always been a dream of mine to live this lavish life style every since I was very young and I truly believe that anyone can do it as long as you tell yourself that it’s not a dream but a goal and a goal that you can accomplish I look at it as we only have one life as far as the human race knows so why not make that life the best we possibly can through Believe determination and hard work

Wow mind-blowing so much house, The details are to die for. Plus you have to have a key card just to have access around the house. The playhouse is crazy and mad extra. You can have a whole wedding in this crib. 10 car covered parking garage like WTF. The kitchen is my favorite. I would like to lease it for a month for my whole family. I love it.

They are 2 different properties built for 2 different purposes! 924 bel air is a larger property with more high end amenities and views vs this property is built more as an estate with vision of creating very private space !

The house is spectacular, but the closets are so small compared to the size of the house.
Bedrooms are so big that you can install or create extra closet space if needed
Bathrooms and closets are the places you need to get in and get out fast. So smaller the size, the better.
