- Dozens of business and community leaders set aside their normal duties for a day to find out what it’s like to be a principal during the 2024 Richland One Principal for a Day community engagement initiative November 21. Each participant “shadowed” a Richland One principal for the day, assisting the principal with administrative duties and interacting with students, staff and parents.
