Thanks for the good video Mark. This saw is also marketed (here in Spain at least) as a McCulloch CS410 Elite. It's identical, made by Husqvarna and the Husqvarna part numbers all fit it. I had a fuel leak and when I took the carb off, it had the same leak as this one from the corner of the base plate. One of the four screws had worked loose, I cleaned everything up, tightened the screws and no more fuel leak. Sometimes it's just something simple.
Finally. The exact video that i needed. I have that Husq varna 435 and I let it sat up with gas in it. It is my first chainsaw and nobody told me. I also didn't know it needed a gas oil mix.
Thanks Mark Great vid. Very straight forward. Just learning ta use a chainsaw, husky435. Watching many vids and learnin. Keep up that relaxed style of yours.
If I dont use my saws for a while, I run em for least 5 to 10 mins once a week to prevent this. I got told to do this by my Pa and he never had issues at all and he was right.
Is it better to drain the gas and oil out of the chainsaw before storing it? And how do you run the excess out of the carburetor so it doesn’t sit? Fantastic video way above my pay grade.
At 12:52, isn't the gasket placed in the wrong orientation? Shouldn't the gasket be rotated 180 degrees before assembling? Otherwise, the openings in the gasket do not properly align with the the venturis in the carburetor. Have I mistaken something here?
i’m trying to find the carburetor adjustment tool needed for my t435 i read it was a 21 tooth splined tool but i bought one and it just spins. what do i do?
Horrible carb design, way too complex design. The little plastic piece holding the throttle linkage is a hidden nightamre. attaching kill wires can take an hour. POS design. great video.
This video just helped me with the correct placement of the gaskets. I've been having such a hard time and you just saved the day. Thank you!!
Good morning, I watched your video on how to rebuild a Husqvarna carburetor. He was very thorough. It helped me out a lot.😊
Glad I could help!!

I have a 435 Husqvarna chainsaw and it's only 2 weeks old and they will not take it back so I am stuck with it
why won't they take it back
These 435s flood very easily
My 435 has been as reliable as a claw hammer for 6yrs now..how is your's flooding?
When starting?..when operating?..?

It's called ethanol is what gums up your carburetor
