Thanks ,Had to look this up, bc I saw this is a workout, and assumed T-Bar was the same as in t-bar rows.. done with one end of a barbell on the floor.. and I couldnt imagine that being acceptable haha.. glad I looked this up before trying the latter..

Just picked up a handle from SS. 1st time doing it in comp in july and never tried it. My short legs are gonna get smashed to pieces
