Functionality, have confidence when doing the medical procedures. If you can copy what everyone else is doing for a few minutes you'll be good
Which branch btw
@@The_Texas_Welder I appreciate it, thanks. Im shooting for Air Force - WV Air National Guard.
I'm flatfooted, should I get a waiver no or is that after medical finds it
Now why does it tingle when I do it?
I take it if you mess up on any of the walking on knee things its a bounce? Ive had three knee surgeries, is there anyway to build up to that? I can do the squat easy and falling forwards onto them
Only thing I failed during the process was the 1 exercise from curled toes straight up only thing beat myself up the whole day I keep practicing so before I ship I can hopefully do it but nothing
they didn't disqualify you though, right? you still passed?
There was a girl in my group that couldn't do anything properly and they still passed her
Please answer: I’ve been practicing the curled toes straight leg and I just am having the hardest time I hope I don’t get disqualified for it. Did you

This is a very interesting and helpful video. Thank you!
Lmao my knees never crack but when I watched this they did
i failed the duck walk so i’m watching this video so i know how to do it correctly
Thank you for this!
What would happen if they heard a joint pop? My wrist pops everytime i rotate it.
Nothing, just other people will look at you lol, my elbow popped at it was fine lol
as long as it doesn't hurt you or your range of motion is fine, you will be good!
Thanks for letting me know
Such an informative video thank you! Hopefully I go to MEPS next month! But I did notice my knees started popping as well when I did the knee exercises 😂 is this a major concern they have? Or something they should brush off?
you should be fine!! Just do what I do and try to pop them before the dr comes in the room, just so your don't draw attention, but you will be good!
How did it go?
Do they ask for your medical history before or after the 1 on 1 physical?
Before for me
For some reason tho he told me to strip down to my underwear the second I went into the room so I was sitting there answering questions in my underwear lmao
My left knee doesn’t bend more than 90°, do you know if this would be a 100% disqualifier?
Hi so I’m wondering if anyone can answer this I’m really nervous about this but I have brachymetataris which is basically my 4th toe is smaller than the other toes on my foot which makes it look weird. Will this get me disqualified? I’m going monday
I go to meps on Monday and I can't do the get back up after you thump your knees. Can you help me please?
just work on practicing it tomorrow, there is not rush, just go slow an focus on your balance
@@AirmanVision thanks for the good vibes. I will do that. I have to think positive and say I will pass it.
