Switched the benching to overhead pressing and flipped one of the “blue” presses to bench in “red” and kept one of the presses “green”. Anyway, added volume has been key after spending 6+ months doing more conjugate style programming with more limited volume.

I have those for squats and OHP and my Otomix for deadlifting. The Otomix Stingray is a great pair of shoes. They are very thin and I get a really good feeling of what's going on with my feet. Snagged them for $100 at the Arnold last year.

How to add volume when your already physically exhausted? I know everyone promotes this slow and steady build a decent body in 10 years type of training but that timeline is far too sluggish for me. Also love the Power Stairs!
Add more volume when you cant handle the current amount of volume? What? You wanna somehow speed up natural muscle gain process? Sorry to break it down to you man but, you will have a hard time with that
New exercise variation or new rep range =new stimulus, you won't be able to go as heavy since it is something new, so you will probably be able to do more of it until you peak, then you can change it again
