When you’re buzzing to go to a place, then you get that energy and passion from the people running it, it only escalates your own feeling, especially when the end product not only lives up to but exceeds your expectations! Brilliant to see!

I live nearby this place! Its so hard to keep it an occasional treat, all the sandwiches are so yummy!
They used to have a van out in Malahide and it was class. Top of the range toasties for sure.

Only thing missing with the ham + cheese toastie was a packet of cheese & onion tayto crisps. I will be trying that place within the next few days 🇮🇪👍

I remember in the 70s my mam making cheese 🧀 onion 🧅 and tomato 🍅 toastie under the grill and a piece of ham on top! Delicious 😋

Is it fair to say, that in general, the quality of food in Ireland, (North and South) is just leap years ahead of England?
What gets me, is the deli's that some of the petrol stations have. Just nuts.
Love the delis over there so much and a spicy chicken roll. I always feel like crying when I come back to England knowing I can't get one.
A trip to Thomas street is overdue 😁

Just around the corner from this place and does an amazing breakfast roll and full breakfast. All cooked fresh.

The old reliable, cheddar and mozzarella with ham.
Beef, mozzarella and mushroom.
BBQ chicken and cheddar.

Oven roast a whole garlic wrapped in foil in oven on low heat for 1 hour
Squeeze the toasted garlic out into bowl with 4 cheese mix and mix together
2 pieces of sourdough buttered ALL sides, fill sandwich plus plenty of salt and pepper then panfried or put in sandwich toaster
Mustard dip on side, sorted
Now go to co cork brother.. kinsale ❤❤❤🥰🥰🎩®️©️⚘🏴🇮🇪
