All I can say about Valuetainment is that it delivers every single time! Patrick more than anything has a drive to be succesfull and his energy is thru the roof. He also has a presence that commands respect Im not sure if he will pursue a career in acting some day but Hollywood is missing out on this guy not being on the big screen.

When Ditka talks, it so reminds me of my father and his mother. There's a common midwestern thread there. Ditka played in the last days of the white era. The era which can best be described as BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA, where white dudes didn't typically have blinding speed to differentiate themselves from the guy on the other side of the ball. This era was BRUTAL, where the men hit like freight trains and played with egregious injuries. Careers were typically short because of this physical pounding. Intelligence, scheming, blocking, brute force, and blunt force trauma. It was a different game.

@@Muzzie0323 no your the moron if you can't be great full of this great country and the people that sacrifice there life to defend this country. You cant respect the flag. You can always move instead of disrespecting the flag.. any American that moves out the country will realize the best place to live is America. And if you can see that maybe you should move.. i experience it when I came back I came back more great full. Any illgal will tell you that. Any person on the world will tell you that. Its called the American dream. The European dream not the japan dream not African dream its called the American dream. Maybe you should become a police officer and experience what is it to be one. There was a news report about a black man who hates cops and they made him go in. To training guess what he did he started shooting. His reaction to start shooting and he shot more then a few shots. They ask him why he shot the bullet. He couldn't explain. But he ended up respecting the cops. If you want to make a difference become a police officer instead of barking

I certainly remember Ditka from the '85 Bears team but never really saw him interviewed or have a one on one like this...though I'm SURE there have been tens of thousands of them. It's just that, as a young girl, I wasn't all that interested in football...lol (go figure) But, I really like his common sense, I like his views on coaching and the importance of the "team" as opposed to any individual. I ESPECIALLY like his opinion on the whole "taking a knee" controversy...that he feels that, bottom line, that kid showed utter lack of respect for the organization, the league, the coaches, the team and the fans by using the privelege of being able to play a professional sport, being paid more money to do it than just about anything else he could possibly be doing AND having the support and admiration of millions of fans by using that very venue, the football field, as a personal protest sight and place to air his personal grievances regarding social issues that have/had absolutely NOTHING to do with the sport or the National Football League and, furthermore, did so in such a manner that he KNEW would alienate, offend and outrage untold amounts of people... including his teammates and just didn't give a damn. I think he absolutely RIGHT. I think if he would have allowed himself to be less self censored he would have called it a disgrace. Because it IS and WAS!

The NFL was a $9 B a year industry then the Federal Government decided to partner with it. That is when the NFL became a downward spiral and started to make rules that made the game less exciting each year then it became a platform for political disention thus killing the respect for the game and players. The fun is no longer in viewing the game.
