#TwistersMovie is only in theaters July 19.
_____
This summer, the epic studio disaster movie returns with an adrenaline-pumping, big-screen thrill ride that puts you in direct contact with one of nature’s most wondrous-and destructive-forces.
From the producers of the Jurassic, Bourne and Indiana Jones series comes Twisters,
a current-day chapter of the 1996 blockbuster, Twister. Directed by Lee Isaac Chung, the Oscar® nominated writer-director of Minari, Twisters stars Daisy Edgar-Jones (Where the Crawdads Sing), Glen Powell (Top Gun: Maverick) and Anthony Ramos (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts) as equal forces, with opposing motivations, who come together to try to predict, and possibly tame, the immense power of tornadoes.
Edgar-Jones stars as Kate Carter, a former storm chaser haunted by a devastating encounter with a tornado during her college years who now studies storm patterns on screens safely in New York City. She is lured back to the open plains by her friend, Javi (Ramos) to test a groundbreaking new tracking system. There, she crosses paths with Tyler Owens (Powell), the charming and reckless social-media superstar who thrives on posting his storm-chasing adventures with his raucous crew, the more dangerous the better.
As storm season intensifies, terrifying phenomena never seen before are unleashed, and Kate, Tyler, Javi and their crews find themselves squarely in the paths of multiple storm systems converging over central Oklahoma in the fight of their lives.
Twisters features an exciting new cast, including Nope’s Brandon Perea, Golden Globe winner Maura Tierney (Beautiful Boy), Sasha Lane (American Honey), Harry Hadden-Paton (The Crown), David Corenswet (We Own This City), Daryl McCormack (Peaky Blinders), Tunde Adebimpe (Leave the World Behind), Katy O’Brian (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania), Nik Dodani (Atypical), Kiernan Shipka (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) and Paul Scheer (Black Monday).
From Amblin, Twisters is directed by Lee Isaac Chung and is produced by Oscar® nominee Frank Marshall (Jurassic and Indiana Jones franchises) and by Patrick Crowley (Jurassic and Bourne franchises). The screenplay is by Mark L. Smith, writer of the Best Picture nominee The Revenant, from a story by Joseph Kosinski (Oblivion), based on characters created by Michael Crichton & Anne Marie Crichton. The executive producers are Academy Award® winner Steven Spielberg, Thomas Hayslip and Ashley Jay Sandberg. Twisters will be distributed by Universal Pictures domestically and by Warner Bros. Pictures internationally.

Studio: “We are making a sequel to Twister.”
RAM: “How many red trucks do you need?”
ALL OF THEN
Yes
As many as you can give me!
Studio: "How many you got?"
"Lots of guts, lots if glory."
Glen Powell already said in an interview that he knows he’s no match for Bill Paxton & that he can never compare himself to, or replace him & sung his praises. Much respect.
And hes right. Paxton was the man
From everything I've read, Powell overall is a standup guy.
Much respect to Glen, but I still think he’ll be phenomenal in this and make Bill Paxton proud.
I think Glen has a bright future.
I've already liked Glen Powell and this just made me like him even more. Much respect indeed.
As a 90’s baby, Twister is forever part of my childhood. I’m excited for this!
Showing my daughter the OG for the first time tonight!!! So excited to take her to the theaters to see the new one!!! Love these kind of films.
Did she like it @@dylanchadwick7832
Hate remakes
As a 90s baby you should be dreading this
@baldygrey2779 if people had this mindset technically we would never advance as a species. "Can't do this, we already have this. Can't be happy for this bc I like it the way it is"
Ps:Born in 1990 and I can't wait to see this.
Hard to replace Twister, ICONIC actors.
Twister with bill Paxton and the crew will be the best movie of its kind.
I don’t recognize a single person here
they r not replacing them lol.
This movie is just supposed to live along side the 1996 classic. There’s no room for gate keeping here. We are all ‘nader lovers around here.
@@edwardm9975I recognize glenn powell but this guy was talking about the old movie actors
What made Twister (1996), so iconic
1. Bill Paxton
2. Philip Seymour Hoffman
3. Helen Hunt
3. Van Halen Soundtrack
4. 1995 Dodge Ram
5. Cows
6. F-5 Tornados
7. Aunt Meg’s Breakfast
8. “The Suck-Zone.”
The dog Mose.
The shining. Bobs road. Oh and, the comedy elements. The good acting. Not sure this will be able to live up to that but I'm not treating it as a sequel
Child in Time
Can't argue with that list.
And the old yellow Jeep pickup😊
No wonder there are a lot of tornadoes lately in the midwest. They are doing promotion for the movie, I see. Epic promo, universal 👏👏
Perfect promo for the movie!
Yup pretty much. Supposed 2 have some today where I live
I live in Portage, MI. Last night we had a few Tornadoe touchdowns in my area which surprisingly my area by Dicks sporting goods did not get hit, The fedex company by Air Zoo totally demolished and it jumps to different areas that are likely to cause power outages and damages.
If you told me that there's a tornado with a "Universal" sign on it flaying around, I wouldn't doubt it for a second. It was only a matter of time before they found a way to monetize bad weather.
Now it all makes sense
Please let this movie be good, Twister is and always will be one of my favorite movies. One of those I could watch time and again and never get tired of it.
To all of the fellow fans of the original: "An ordinary man spends his life avoiding tense situations!"
Repo Man spends his life getting into tense situations, Beltzer!
“That’s no moon, it’s a space station!”
I can already tell by the trailer its not going to be. Not for me at least
"ITS THE WONDER OF LIFE"
I loved it so much that I bought the DVD.
I REALLY hope they bring back Helen Hunt to make a cameo. They can bring her back as the now widow of Bill. Still chasing/studying tornadoes, still wearing that white tank top with that necklace around her neck with Bill’s wedding ring, still as brave and awesome as ever. It would be perfect.
That would be fucking phenomenal but sadly it's not going to happen
There's no earthly reason a trailer for Twisters needed to be 3 minutes long but I'm 100% here for it.
RIP Bill Paxton.
Shut up, yes there is. What was the reason? Don't know, don't care.
Bill Paxton will always be a legend. He is the one person everyone remembers, no matter what film, no matter how big or small the part. The 1st time I seen Bill in a film was in Weird Science as the unforgettable Chet. 😆
Lastly he is only actor in film history to be taken out by the Terminator, Xenomorph and Predator. 😉
You will be missed Mr. Paxton!
I doubt they would even have had Bill in it even he was alive, Helen Hunt or none of the others from the original Twister don't even have a camo. Twisters is its on thing & not canon to the original, it's more like a reboot from what Lee Isaac Chung says...
You're where for it?
@@jonathanwilliams6621 it is a sequel but standalone as well. there will be some callbacks to the first
I know this is for the generations that didn't grow up with the original...but seriously...nothing can be better than the original
I'm Gen Z (Born in 1998) and I grew up with the original. Still love watching it to this day.
The acting in this trailer is bottom of the barrel. Helen Hunt won an Oscar for god sakes and Universal was too stupid to hire her as the wise, old tornado hunter.
Te original is so underrated its a great rainy day film to watch
Agreed the original is best still love watching it .
The original looks better than this, I think I'll just re watch that.
My dad took me to see Twister multiple times in 1996. We went to Universal Studios for the grand opening of the Twister ride. Honestly still heartbroken that they got rid of it. This sequel looks better than I’d expected. Hoping it’s not too bad.
That ride was old! They might bring it back with this all improved though
I can't believe that almost 30 years has passed since the original was released. Some of main cast 2024 were not born yet.
"Food... FOOOOOOOD!!!"
RIP Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Bill Paxton.

Characters which this new movie completely ignores in favor of replacement characters, because the film producers obviously got it wrong the first time. Ugh.
The OG's 🤙🏻
All I know is that at some point in the movie when Glen Powell turns up the radio, I'd better hear Sammy Hagar screaming "SHINE ON, SHINE ON".

Humans Being by Van Halen
R.I.P Eddie Van Halen
Sounds like he’s going for more Southern Rock (I refuse to call it country)
"Humans Being" is kind of a hidden Van Halen gem --- it's actually quite a rocker
Oh man --- you made me think of Eddie and I start crying again --- miss you, King of Ten Fingers!
When she said, "No, I don't chase anymore." I knew this would live up to the outstanding dialogue of the original. Cast looks amazing 🤙

The original Twister is just so good it’ll be hard to top it.
I am not sure it has to top it really. It can be its own movie with this many years between. The issue will probably come from home blue screen versus practical effects they use. I hope it’s good and it’s own movie.

One of my worst fears is being in a tornado AT NIGHT when you can't see the scale of it or which way its moving. YESH.
It's when the lightning hits and you can only see a wall that's terrifying. That's the number one fear of anyone in Tornado Alley. Especially if it's past midnight. I will literally stay up all night with bags ready cause no way 😭😭
yeppppp welcome to the midwest. im from Oklahoma and they always come at night. never can really tell if it’s a twister till it’s near on you
The storm spotters just wait for the meteorologist to tell them if they think it’s showing on radar- and if so they look for debris flying or power lines sparking. That’s their best way to spot them.
That first scene is very similar to what occured during the flint Michigan F5 of 1953
At night, when it is rain wrapped, you don't see it, and it's terrifying.
I'm so excited for this movie. The first Twister was amazing. I hope this is really good. Rest In Peace Bill Paxton.
I'm only 21 but I've probably seen the original 100 times, definitely my favorite movie growing up. I'm so happy about this revival
Same here man!!
I still have my original Twister 1996 VHS 27 years later. For the first time in 24 years I watched it on my old VHS player tonight. That brought me back memories. Will be seeing this sequel in IMAX. Never thought I'd see the day Twister had a sequel.
Rest in peace Bill Paxton, Philip Seymour, and Van Halen.
Edit: Just heard the official Soundtrack by Luke Combs "Ain't No love in Oklahoma." Sounds amazing for the film.
I loved Twister (KS boy) but I'm afraid this sequel doesn't look to be any good.
@@2869may I'm quite literally the ultimate judge being an actual storm chaser for the NWS that had grown up with the original and now have seen the real storms 🌪️ in action. Something already tells me the original will be unbeatable compared to sequel. Just so much charm the original had and I don't believe any sequel could top it. One scene did get my attention was the El Reno scene. Made me think of legendary team Twistex instantly: Tim, and Carl. 2013 storm left a permanent mark on many chasers and it's not something I've forgotten.
@@StormChaserMaci. Very cool...!
I always loved storms, and would go out and get safely behind them. Once we were pulled over on a dirt road and my 4 yr old son was standing on my truck toolbox.
We saw a very long, very thin and very white tornado... my son said "it's beautiful"
That's my boy...! ( that was after our house was damaged May 3rd 1999 in Haysville KS)
@@2869may Rope tornadoes can be some of the most beautiful storms but especially that white colored appearance if sun is on them right. Those are actually my favorite kind because they are so photogenic. Some people get mad when we storm chasers call a tornado beautiful but what we actually mean is the storm's impressive look. We don't say a tornado is beautiful usually when it's tearing through a town because then it's not by any means. Jarrell TX tornado (The dead man walking F5) occurred just 60 miles north of where I reside. There was nothing about that storm that was beautiful at all. That one was a killer storm. I've had distant friends that have taken a strike from a EF4 wedge tornado in Rolling Fork very recently and because of this I do understand what it can be like for people who lose everything to a storm unlike a lot of chasers out there. I have utmost respect for those that end up going through storms and losing everything you work for. To hear you went through one makes me want to stop everything and help but that would've been back in 1999 and here we are in 2024.
Same here twister is my second favourite movie of all time
The original Twister was responsible for so many tornadoes nightmares I've had over the decades. Can't wait to see the 2nd one 😁
Just realized this cast is rolling hot rn. Daisy, Glen, David, Anthony. I cannot WAIT!!!!!
I can’t wait to see Daisy Edgar-Jones in Twisters on opening weekend!!! She’s an amazing talent!!!
I’m a 39 year old momma, my kids grew up on all older movies. Twister is our top 3. All 50-38 year old parents should have their kids watch the original first! They won’t regret it!

Omg as a gen z I use to watch the movie alot I was into tornados 😊

The original Twister, was so much calmer the vibe was perfect in that movie.
It looks more like Into the Storm now. Twister is a movie i will never forget.
The classic stormchase, eating at her aunt and continue chasing.
Rest in peace Bill.
This one is definitely got that Hollywood overdramatized vibe to it. While tornadoes are ungodly strong and can be terrifying to those caught in their destructive path, I already get the vibe that this is leaning so heavily on the drama and amping the action up to 11. They are not giving credence to the fact that Tornadoes and chasing in and of themselves are intense and dramatic. Forcing in the stereotypical "country boy meets city girl" relationship arc with a cocky and fame hungry Reed Timmer knockoff (which is the opposite of who Reed actually is) seems so unnecessary and out of place. Yes the original Twister had a romantic arc, but it wasn't the primary focus nor was it some cheesy hollywood trope. The more I see and watch about this movie, the more upset and triggered I am becoming.
If it’s following the tried and true Hollywood formula, the woman will bravely save the reckless man from certain death at the end.
I was thinking it looked like Into the Storm too, complete with fire tornado's, I'm not sure what to make of this trailer.
@@BipolarBLKSheep yea they shouldn't be releasing this "movie" . It already looks terrible.
@@heavymetalnewsdesk "Twister" from the 90's are much better than this trailer

I literally got choked up and started to tear like crazy when I saw “El Reno” on the water tower. Thank you, Twisters, for acknowledging those people/storm chasers who lost their lives in 2013 🙏
Yeah that moment got me too 🙏. Central Oklahoma is such a wild place to live. Not even the pros are safe.
Who cares about El Reno... The grain elevator scene was filmed in Orienta and in the gas station west of Kremlin. That airplane is owned by a cropduster pilot/farmer from Kremlin, so what is your point?
@@acatic80 please shut the fuck up if you don't know what happen in 2013 in el reno then shut the fuck up😊
@acatic80 4 storm chasers (including all of the famous twistex team and one amateur storm chaser) lost their lives in an ef3 back in 2013 near el reno, oklahoma with winds over 295mph. the only recorded tornado to ever kill storm chasers. Pretty sure its either a tribute or an alternate scenario as the ef3 didn't actually hit any densely populated areas
El Reno…or Reno (Kansas)?
We were driving back from Texas the day Bill Paxton died. I was reading about things on the drive & realized there was a Twister Museum a few hours ahead in Oklahoma. We took the exit & headed to it. It turned out it was closed but as we walked around to look in the windows the owner opened the door. She had just done an interview for the local news station & gave us a private tour. She showed us the pinball machine he had gifted to them years later, she talked about how he would throw a football with the locals during downtime & was the nicest person in the entire cast & crew.
The Twister Museum in Wakita. It’s on my bucket list!
@@nilesyensel7516 It was really cool, just everything about it. Such a sad, surreal day because of what happened obviously. The owner giving us a solo personal tour of the place, seeing all the screen used items & letters written from cast, you really should go see it. I know they do events where people show up with copies of the trucks & all that, I'm sure with this movie coming out something will be going on there. If you're not too far for sure go check it out!
I was a kid when they used our farm to park the cast trailers, movie vehicles, catering, etc. I absolutely remember that football. He had that thing all the time. Even threw me a few passes.
Doesn't surprise me one bit --- Bill Paxton was liked by everyone and a really classy fella --- still miss him a lot and what he brought to his characters!
Been there. Can confirm he loved to throw that football while on set. It's signed by him.

I still remembered how excited Bill Paxton was when he was casted for the original Twister. It was his first major role in a high-budget film.
It's crazy the original is 28 years old and still holds up quite well.
And it still looks more realistic than CGI nowadays.
@@ZimmerZirwes i mean, the CGI has been poorly aging lately from that movie.
With it being a standalone sequel, I wonder how they’ll incorporate modern storm chasing tech with old school tech and make references to the OG.
Given how that one water tower literally says "El Reno" on it is already sending chills down my spine; the El Reno tornado of 2013 is to this day the largest tornado ever recorded (2.5miles/4km wide), and killed three storm chasers during its life; two of them were a father-son duo.

I still can't believe that 28 years later we can't make the effects better than they had them in the original. Still will watch this movie, because i am a sucker for a disaster movie and really curious to see if this manages to capture even 5% of the original's soul and atmosphere. I mean c'mon 28 years ago we had real hail on set, real rain, real wind... How hard is it to just remake the movie and simply update the physics a bit. Top Gun Maverick already proved that it's a perfectly well working recipe.
I'm going to see this as a tribute to both the late Bill Paxton and Philip Seymour Hoffman

Think of it like this… don’t make yourself upset. Don’t set unreasonable expectations and don’t try to compare movies that are nearly three decades apart. That wasn’t my issue; it was that based on the trailers, it looks like they did a copy/paste on the entire story and just made a few superficial changes to the story. I find it hard to believe there’s no other way they could’ve made a movie about storm chasers. It just feels lazy
@@thefourshowflip I'd say that the only similarities between the story is that the MC used to chase but stopped doing so and is doing it again unwillingly at first. Which appears to be for completely different reasons than the first movie. I the OG Bill stopped chasing because of his relationship with Jo falling apart and getting a job as a newscaster. In this one it appears that MC stopped chasing because of a chase gone horribly wrong and potentially someone on her team died but switched from a field role to an office role within the NWS.
My wife and I attended the premier at the Fox Theater in Atlanta back in 1996. Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt were both there. Great movie.
Ok, this actually looks good. Thank goodness!
Definitely going to watch this at the drive-in this summer
“Let it go, Jo!”
😂 I’m glad they got the red truck and Dorothy. But no one will replace Dusty! lol!!
It did fly
I like how the red truck and Dorothy were nods to the original.
Her having Dorothy makes me think she’s Bill Paxton’s daughter
Twister's orchestral intro to Van Halen's Humans Being was and still is amazing.
A FREAKING MEN! Literally my favorite scene in the movie because of that merge. The score is amazing and the album is still the best soundtrack I’ve ever heard
dude, they aren't going to top that soundtrack, I'm sorry.
Luke plays an alright country song though.
Longwaydown goo goo dolls
I can still hear that song in my head play with a bunch of scattered quotes from the movie. I think about that movie way more than any normal person should
I always watch Twister though the end credits, with the Van Halen brothers playing Respect The Wind with all the cloud views, best end credits ever!
Twister was literally one of my fav movies as a kid because I had an intense hyperifixation on tornadoes. I am so hyped for this oh my goddddd aghhhh!!
I wish they had made a sequel before Bill Paxton had died. this looks amazing
This is gonna the greatest Dodge RAM Comercial
2nd greatest
You mean Ram commercial…been like 5 years now that Chrysler dropped Dodge from its trucks and made Ram its own brand. Dodge and Ram still owned by Chrysler but Ram trucks no longer have the Dodge name.
@@lukedawg2787 Life of the party!
@@chamowinky oh absolutely not but there always has to be that one guy and no I do not have many friends lol
Actually, Universal Studios can talk to the owners of Dodge to do a collaboration with the film, maybe
Best RAM commercial I've ever seen. Full feature length too!
Nah Twister was the best Ram commercial. This one will be up there, but there is no way of topping that off
Monster Trucks anyone?
Would be cool if there was a rival storm chasers and they were all F-150s
I’m into tornados, and oh boy those video captures are looking FIRE 🔥
The first twister movie inspired me as a kid to become a meteorologist in real life. Watching this trailer...its inaccurate, unrealistic, unscientific and i CAN"T WAIT TO WATCH IT.
Glen Powell is everywhere these days AND I'M LOVING IT
Yes, ABOUT TIME!!! ❤
Glen Powell has a knack for playing some egotistical characters (Top Gun: Maverick and Twisters), and laid back ones (Set It Up and Hidden Figures). I’m glad he’s getting recognition. Powell is kind of underrated.
Thanks for bringing back the memories of old twister (1996)...
Good old days
I enjoy both old and new so I'll give it a shot 😊
Looks like a remake.
@@frankgesuele6298more like a standalone sequel
I like the nods to the red Dodge Ram and Dorothy invention from the original. Bringing nostalgia!
The days when gen2 rams were plentiful
Glenn Powell is winning this year🎉 i know the Bill Paxton Twister is my fave but I am happy for Glenn too. Will watch this on a Rainy Sunday!
First of all: RIP Bill Paxton. Second: Twister was an amazing movie THEATER experience.
if a Van Halen song doesn't play during this movie, I'll riot
💯🤘
You and me both --- Eddie's genius turned "Humans Being" from a stale movie tune into a solid rocker!
Apparently, there's county music
OMG I swear Respect The Wind ugh one of the main reasons i downloaded Clone Hero on my PC lol
This unchained eruption right now ain't talkin bout love... You really got me now, better finish what you started and jump.
I don't care how ridiculous this movie might be, I'm going to nostalgically love every bit of it.
I love Natural Disaster movies. The first one I've ever seen was Into the Storm and then I watched San Andreas. Ever since then I have picked up on loving Natural Disaster movies.
I remember watching this when I was 12 yrs old. Can't wait to watch the new version of it.
Twister is the only tornado movie I've ever seen that wasn't cringe or cheesy. I'm anxious to see this one.
Didn't you just watch the trailer? This is both of those things.
@@Bryanbobber At least it isn't sharknado.
lol exactly what this trailer was 😂
@@Vaderghost20 I would honestly take the latter.
@@Bryanbobber Yeah this trailer looks like some kind of joke that Babylon Bee made but apparently it's real. LOL!
*fire tornado*
Guy: "You ever see anything like this?"
Me: "Yes, in Into the Storm...back in 2014
There's also a tornado in Twister that managed to blow up something (I don't know what, but it was a big explosion)
Yes yes we did
It’s a chance that happens.
Thank you 🙏🏿 I’m glad I’m not the only lmao
it was decent
The quote Glen said, “the whole “it’s alright to be scared. Fear’s the reason we do it. We don’t face our fears. We ride them” quote is my favorite quote in the trailer. Can’t wait to see this!
Twister is one of my favorite movies. The scene with the EF5, ah awesome. I CANT WAIT FOR THIS, it’s about time!!! 😊 I’m seeing this asap
It's the wonder of nature baby!
The dark side of nature

It's actually wild this is number 1 on trending while there's a huge tornado going through the state I live 💀
lots of nader juice in the air this month
I loved the original Twister (1996) film, but I'm so excited that they're making a sequel ❤. I remembered the first time seeing the first one. It was around 2006 and all because of my Dad. He had got me and my siblings used to watch it and we loved it. I can't wait to see how this one turns out.
28 Years was worth the wait for this!
I grew up on the original so hopefully its good. Dorothy is flying once again! And that's what makes us Humans Being!!
Was that a van Helen reference?
SHINE ON !
@@coco4144Yes it was!
Rabbit is good, rabbit is wise!
This was one of my late mother’s favorite movies of all time. So this movie will always be tribute for her to me.
Love ya, momma ❤😢
So touching!!
sorry for your loss, but this movie gonna suck compared to the first one.
im also sorry, and ive also loved twister, now its finally back
Soooo renting it after the theaters seems like the way go go.
with every movie I've ever seen, this is up there in the list as the first movie I thought, would get a sequel to!
Universal: “We’re making a sequel to Twisters about tornado outbreaks that happen only about once a year”
National Weather Service: “bet.”
Once a year?
@@blackout07bluekeyword: *outbreak*
isolated tornadoes happen all the time.
@LegitGuy45 Most years have more than 1 tornado outbreak. This year isn't unusual. We're only slightly above average in terms of quantity of tornados
If once a year is for 2 months straight leading into summer 1 or 2 during summer and 2 months in fall going into winter
Once?
I love the homage paid to the original Twister's soundtrack at 2:00. That ominous choir sound gave me chills.
I hope they have those roars for the tornados in this like they did for the original movie. Those gave a true terrifying feel for them.
Its just not Summer until i see Twister on TV. 🌪️
I'm looking forward to this movie. Unlike a lot of people, I judge sequels on their own merit to determine if I like it or not.
Some mighty BIG shoes to fill. Twister, is still THE "go to" tornado movie more than two decades later. Hope they don't F up Bill Paxton's legacy.🙏
Yes. It would be a shame if they did despite today's Hollywood.
To be fair, that’s just because it’s the best tornado film made, not because it’s actually a great tornado movie. I love the OG Twister, but saying it wasn’t absolutely ridiculous is delusional lol. It had really good CGI and good actors, other than that it’s just a fun, iconic movie.
@@sirboomsalot4902 in my humble opinion, it's only competitor was a great b grade movie called "into the storm" which comes in a very distant 2nd place. So I see you point. Still though twister is a 👍🏾 even by today's standards.
This movie is going to suck. Even the main male protagonist seems like a complete smarmy douchebag while I think we're expected to actually like him. Like, he has a cocky smile in pretty much every scene, which is just grating. I just rewatched the original last night and it's amazing how well it still holds up and isn't just some dumb disaster movie, while this one is probably going to be exactly that - a dumb disaster movie that didn't understand what made the original great.
@@maynardburgerI'm getting Jurassic would vibes. Surprised it's not Chris Pratt or Dwayne Johnson as the main protagonist. The overly done cgi is a turn off too. I'll still give it a chance though.
I love that they’re showing how a tornadic wind field can be invisible - as in the El Reno Behemoth. That was truly terrifying.
