    We can all reach a healthy weight. I used to weigh 227lbs and was unhappy. I'm now down to 167lbs. 60lbs weight loss. The secret was walking more, I stopped drinking alcohol and try to eat a little better. Small changes make a big difference. I will say that it took about 11 months to reach this goal. Gradual results 🙂

    • @FlyingElbow
      @FlyingElbow 3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      That's the most realistic method. Just start walking more every day and quit at least one unhealthy thing you consume. Most people are not intrinsically interested in working out so a gym membership will do nothing. Most people however can enjoy a 45min walk everyday. Right on man.

      Our pets are, for all intents & purposes, our guardian angels come to us in physical form. We’ve always known the same souls (in various disguises), and the ones we love the most ALWAYS find their way back to us. Sometimes to teach us more lessons, often to give us the support we needed (but also a way to *give* the kind of intense, uninhibited love & affection that would be weird w other people).
      Stay strong and try to have faith that you are indeed LOVED more than you can imagine. Some of us just signed up for a more intense Earthly experience. Remember the laws of polarity and know the pendulum always swings back. ☯️ There are rewards for completing the human game.

    I used to think weight loss was a slow process and it doesn’t have to be. I lost 40Ibs in four months, with 25% daily calorie restriction, 40/40/20 macro, time restricted 4hr eating windows and weight training/HIT cardio, 5 days per week, all combined. Once the weight was lost I increased my calories back to normal, kept the macro and eat in an 8 hour window. Still building more muscle, and in the shape of my life at near 50! If you know what you’re doing, and crucially, you know the food you’re going to be eating AFTER the weight loss is complete, it doesn’t have to be a multi year process, ending with a big bounce, back to where you started. Even while you’re overweight, spend a few weeks, getting a healthy food plan together and make sure its something that is sustainable for you. Once you’re happy that your getting proper nutrients, and your not gaining anymore weight, just blitz the weight off quickly, then revert to your pre-tested food plan. Its not that difficult, and because you know what your future eating/exercise plan will be, post weight loss, its mentally much easier to tackle the initial discomfort. Good luck!👍

      @@donnie9001 I think you are both right and wrong. For certain people it might be that because they are perhaps essentially food addicts. But for a pretty normal person eliminating the pizza or ice cream that is making you fat and without it you get a bigger joy of being thin then it is well worth it and not missed. If I eat ice cream I have to control myself or I’ll eat a whole pint and do this weekly. So easier just to eliminate. But if you invited me out for an ice cream cone I would gladly accept without risk of triggering some sort of relapse. I think this gal does have a bigger issue since she mentioned OA.
