THANK YOU SO MUCH. THIS FIXED MY 9 YEAR OLD LAPTOP RUNNING WINDOWS 11 LAGGING WHILE CHARGING. I HAD TAKEN IT TO A SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SUSPECTED IT TO BE A MOTHERBOARD ISSUE. THIS SAVED ME MONEY AND TIME

If you are confused on on high priority of multiple of the same app, find the app you are on with the most memory being used, than set that to high priority

Many times, having the fast startup option enabled is actually slower. There is info about that. I have timed both and with fast startup disabled, time is over 1 minute faster on full reboot.
