Vivek, apart from all things you mentioned, 2 very important things; one is to chew food properly and give at least 20 minutes to finish a meal and the second is do not over eat. You have already mentioned these things in previous similar videos. I very much follow a very good diet, rarely have oily food and never have food without salad but still I had lot of bloating problem because of these two habits mainly overeating just to gain weight. But after reducing the diet and chewing every bite 32-40 time consciously, I started getting rid of the problem which was there for more than 5 years.

Thankfully I follow some of these habits Fast once in a week (i eat only fruits 1 banana 1 apple and warm water in whole day) Triphala powder That's it it clearly detox intestines properly Also simple workouts 5000 steps (sometimes 7500 steps) 40-50 crunches and 40-50 leg raises These 3 workouts really help me to keep fit.
@@nicktm873 maybe something you eat doesn't suit you. I used to have gas problems even after doing so many things, then I figured out, apple doesn't suit me. The amount of iron it has in it causes gas, when I stopped eating apple, the problem was no longer there. Try to figure out for yourself, itwill take time, i was 23yr old when i found out, if you still don't find what is the cause i would suggest to get a test for allergy. Good luck

I was diagnosed with IBS in 2020 and i wanna tell you it's not about eating wrong food everytime , in my case stress was the biggest reason . So in order to balance gut issues , one must focus on mental health also . Edited Part :- Please see Vivek bhaiya video on vatta dosa . I went to nagpur for the treatment but nothing worked , i applied each and everything he told in that video and right now i am having a good life , me hairfall is decreasing , stomach is good and things are getting good now . Please follow his Vatta dosa video if you have such issues .

I was the one having all the problems u described above later I started fasting 2 days a week and then 3 days a month and one month a year that's ramzan which is magically great and now science has proven that your system needs rest on the followed days at least 2 days a week then once a yr. At age 24, my back has already become permanent hunchback and I can't walk. I have tried biologicals injections, NSAIDS everything, but nothing has worked. Hey. I am an Ayurvedic practitioner. If you are suffering with R Arthritis, I can suggest you follow a pitta pacifying diet for one month and see how you get on. - Ensure you take out (do not have) spicy food/chilli, tomatoes, cheese, fermented foods, white bread, pickles, vinegar, mustard, alcohol, caffeine, fried food and any raw food. Take out red meat and red fish like salmon. You can have white meat and white fish. Do not have salad with your foods. Take out all citrus fruits like orange, lemon, lime etc. Also take out milk, butter and dairy for one month. Take out yogurt. Avoid having fruits with milk, or fruit juice with milk. If you must have either fruit or milk/dairy, have them on separate days. But try to take out dairy for one month. - Have a simple diet of white rice, cooked veg (no tomatoes), and dhal/kitchari as a base line for one month. Reduce pungent spices like hing, garlic and ginger. Opt for more cooling spices like coriander, fennel and cumin. Tumeric powder is ok also but use moderately. You can take triphala at night if you like. Practice alternate nostril breathing daily. I wish you well. Let me know how you get on :)

Vivek Bhai... thanks for you valuable videos pertaining to good health. A small request to you: I am 50. Till now I did not hospitalized. Some of my friends advised me to undergo total body check up. Kindly suggest me *which diagnostic institute is the best in our country? *HOW MANY and WHAT TYPE of tests are there regarding full body check up. *How to know the standard values... like haemoglobin percentage, blood cell count etc. My wife has been suffering from Thyroid, Blood pressure and recently Diabetes though she is 6 years smaller/ younger to me. I don't like to take chicken, mutton, fish even eggs also. In some festivals or in functions i consume non veg in small quantity (it occurs yearly one to three times maximum ) I am not alchoholic or smoker. I regularly walk nearly 16 to 20 kilometres daily ( morning to evening... Not jogging... It is the part of my work). I dont want to use my bike.. I prefer walking.

Most people are wasting time in gym. With decent shoulder muscles, thick neck (easy to build) and some trapezius, you look good. Above that, gym doesn't increase much appeal tbh.

I drink triphola, I bought amla,hartaki, Boira my nearest store around 50 Rs, then boiled it overnight, morning again boiled and drink it within 30mint my stomach clear. I feel very lightly. Also it helps for hair growth

Yoga is a form of cardio , it doesn't promote lean muscle mass, which is clearly proven to have the most health benefits !

1. Switched to Mukti Gold and can't tell how long my daughter hai are now after that.And our also
2. Switched to paper food wrap
3.Removed vim bar
These have proved highly beneficial to us
But I after covid and father loss spoiled my gut and health.
My weight has reduced much
I am always weak
Never feel like waking up in morning
Stopped eating in afternoon
And have fallen ill again and again

I was the one having all the problems u described above later I started fasting 2 days a week and then 3 days a month and one month a year that's ramzan which is magically great and now science has proven that your system needs rest on the followed days at least 2 days a week then once a yr. At age 24, my back has already become permanent hunchback and I can't walk. I have tried biologicals injections, NSAIDS everything, but nothing has worked. Hey. I am an Ayurvedic practitioner. If you are suffering with R Arthritis, I can suggest you follow a pitta pacifying diet for one month and see how you get on.
- Ensure you take out (do not have) spicy food/chilli, tomatoes, cheese, fermented foods, white bread, pickles, vinegar, mustard, alcohol, caffeine, fried food and any raw food.
Take out red meat and red fish like salmon. You can have white meat and white fish.
Do not have salad with your foods. Take out all citrus fruits like orange, lemon, lime etc.
Also take out milk, butter and dairy for one month. Take out yogurt.
Avoid having fruits with milk, or fruit juice with milk. If you must have either fruit or milk/dairy, have them on separate days. But try to take out dairy for one month.
- Have a simple diet of white rice, cooked veg (no tomatoes), and dhal/kitchari as a base line for one month. Reduce pungent spices like hing, garlic and ginger. Opt for more cooling spices like coriander, fennel and cumin. Tumeric powder is ok also but use moderately.
You can take triphala at night if you like.
Practice alternate nostril breathing daily.

I like with out delay...
Most people are wasting time in gym. With decent shoulder muscles, thick neck (easy to build) and some trapezius, you look good. Above that, gym doesn't increase much appeal tbh.

Thank you a much needed video after facing severe acid reflux problem for a while now. It's better to take care of your gut regularly rather than being forced not to eat anything for few days.
I drink triphola, I bought amla,hartaki, Boira my nearest store around 50 Rs, then boiled it overnight, morning again boiled and drink it within 30mint my stomach clear. I feel very lightly. Also it helps for hair growth
But taste is very bad what can i do
