You should watch some more from the first season 🥺 I’m on my yearly rewatch and the first season is just so comforting, maybe do episode 6 “Rory’s birthday parties”
Lorelai is Logan. Both rich kids that didn’t have the same values as their parents and risked everything to do it on their own. She worked hard yes, but her mom co-signed the loan for her to get her home repaired after she offered a blank check, her parents paid for chilton and Yale until Christopher stepped in and finished the payments, she also got 75k “just for being born” bc of Richard’s investing. Without all that support there’s no way that she would’ve been able to go in on the dragonfly with Sookie
Add to that, Luke did offer to lend her money for the termites issue, plus he was investor for the Dragonfly Inn. He also remodeled the house when they were together (I assume he paid for that), plus the countless of times that Luke did free repairs for the house way before they were a couple. The whole town riled up to help Lorelai and Rory. Mia even told Lorelai that the reason she was reluctant to sell the Inn was because of Lorelai. Sorry, I got too invested 😅
It was going to be the "next" Facebook 😅 but the thing is the people not only sold it to Logan's team , they also sold it to other companies and they were involved in a huge lawsuit. It was a whole mess. And to make matters worse, Logan's dad had said no to that project and Logan still went ahead with the acquisition 😒
3:28 Luke is so sweet as a father! He notices every little things and appreciates them. No wonder April got attached to him so fast and even got behind her mother's back when Anna tried to banish Luke from their lives
Sally Jesse Raphael hosted a daytime talk show in the 80s and 90s. Like a female Dr. Phil or Maury. Trashy, iconic. She had big bright red glasses. And, that's what people remember about her. Long story short, find a statement piece for your look. Yeah, I remember T.A.G., the guy that reacted to old TV shows wearing a comically oversized monocle.. for some reason.
I know it was for the plot, but why did nobody point out to Rory that she could take the offer for the really solid job and then make different arrangements later if she found out she got the fellowship. That's a normal thing that people do. There was no reason she had to turn down the job just because she was still hoping for the fellowship.
One Tree Hill - Season 4 Episode 16 - You Call It Madness, But I Call It Love, would have been perfect for Halloween but I’ll take a reaction anytime 😊 or Gilmore Girls - Season 5, Episode 13 - Wedding Bell Blues, would love to see your reaction towards *bleep* no spoilers 😂
"Dean would've gotten a hug" LMAOO
If I remember correctly, Logan bought a company that didn't own its intellectual property and got sued into oblivion.
I forgot that in the first season Christopher also had wild tech ideas out in California so I guess that was the Logan/Chris parallel for Lorelei.
❤

Agreed! Rory's birthday episode from Season 1 is one of my favorite episodes.

@@merdelune9ah another person who invested in Lorelei!! ;)
You gotta watch season 6 season finale partings and season 7 episode 1 the long morrow for the full Luke and Lorelei tea
I second this
Yeees double feature!!
16:49 Someone said Logan Huntzberger represents "choice," and this crossroads scene just made that exceedingly clear.
"wow... money..." lol I felt that
Not sure if anyone else said it already, but to answer your question: chow chows & Celine Dion
Lorelei: “how’s the diner?”
Luke: “the same”
You: “yeah. We know.”
😂😂😂

Sally Jesse was a talk host, back in the 90’s, she was famous for her red frames she wore all the time
i completely blocked out this episode from my memory, damn.
3:28 Luke is so sweet as a father! He notices every little things and appreciates them. No wonder April got attached to him so fast and even got behind her mother's back when Anna tried to banish Luke from their lives
Has the biggest smile when I saw this recommendation
Coffee is for CLOSERS, Luke.

Ugh, I hate this episode. The hay bale maze is such a stupid concept. It seems like an idea that someone thinks is what would be in a GG episode.
They have had one near me around Halloween. I always mean to go.
I only watch this episode for the Rogan content
Please watch season 5 episode 18 to let live and let diorama 🙏 im glad youre back
Ok!
There are more words than ok 😂
